- Great deal, well built, fast, spacious interior, lot of cool features, quiet
- no "sports" setting on transmission, not enough colors available in R-Spec trim
Purchased As New
I have 17000 miles on it and love it! Quiet, fast, great handling, tons of room, nice interior, great sound system and all kinds of cool features. I wish the transmission had a "Sport" setting. Accelerating into a turn, getting off the gas and then wanting to get back on it, it hesitates for, what seems like, a second or two. It had already shifted up into 8th and now you need 3rd or 4th.
I have pushed it through turns, driven it hard - yet still don't know how it handles at the limit. It simply has not problem doing all you ask of it!
Wish the passenger seat had cooling as well. The seat heater are somewhat slow - need about 5+ min to heat up. Seems silly that you need the extra $50 piece of plastic for the sunroof to be silent. Great that there is a Apple style IPod connector cord ($35 extra as well) coming out of the center console - bu why isn't there a "normal" round headset plug next to it for non Apple phones. Not wild about the rain sensing wipers - they seem hard to calibrate.
Not a single rattle, nothing broken, changed or needing to be fixed etc. Everything works perfect!
All in all I think you get a $75k+ car for $45k+ So worth it! Compare it to MB E550/BMW 550 not their AMG and M cars. It's not that extreme, but rather the really cool and useful top of the line regular versions.
Love the front and the way it looks, but am not too wild about the rear - hence the 4 stars.
