This car does every thing I want it to do. I get 19 miles per gallon pulling a sixteen foot bass boat. It pulls my 21 foot compact cruising sail boat in and out of the water with ease. I play golf two times a week and when it's my turn to drive the Tucson will carry four adults and four complete set of clubs and the passengers rave about how comfortable the car is! It gets the fuel economy the Manufacture said it would. We have an XG350 Hundai which is my wifes car. We use it for trips but when we have to take bulky items we use the Tucson. The front seat folds flat and that is great for long items we want to carry inside! The luggage rack is strong and well designed. I have no problem carrying long items and they are easy to tie on. It is nice to still have a tape deck as we still have allot of tapes that we like to listen to. We have had no warranty problems in 16,000 miles. Our dealer is very nice and has no problems fitting us in for oil changes. Just a side note we have 35,000 miles on the XG and have had no problems with it either.
If and when it comes time to buy another auto if will be a Hundai! We expect to get well over 100,000 miles before we look.
