- Very quiet, very smooth shifting, looks great and lots of bang for the buck
- Drivers seating for a tall driver, I'm 6'5", is barely passable.
My wife and I looked at several crossover SUVs, but after seeing and driving the Veracruz for the first mile we knew we had found a winner! We both liked the way it looked inside and out and we were really impressed with the quality of materials. Within the first hundred yards of the test drive we both remarked on how quiet and smooth the ride is.
In out first 500 miles of ownership we have had zero problems or rattles to report or repair. We appreciate the many features of the Veracruz everyday we drive to work.
One very pleasant surprise for us was how much our auto insurance rates dropped. All those safety features start paying off even before an accident! We also love the long warranty since we tend to hold on to our primary vehicle for a long time.
As a life long "car nut" I can't get over being this happy about owning a Hyundai! My nieghbor works for a major automotive materials supplier company and he told me they can not meet Hyundai's quality standards, but they sell to GM and Ford all day long. They sure have come a long way in the last few years.
