- Good standard tires and its cheap
- You get what you pay for- I have had one problemafter another: brake pads&rotors, shifter, A/C comp
After owning Toyotas Hondas Fords Chevys Lincolns BMWs Nissans and even an Audi I have come to the conclusion this has to be...
the worst car manufacturer in the world. I understand cars will have problems but this is unacceptable and unwarranted. First off let me say this: I am Teed off with the low level of service, the quality of the car over just 1 year, the warranty and roadside pain-in-the-neck, the dealer and the manager working there.
Price wise its cheap. How did they make it so? Cheap materials, cheap labor. The front seats both have MPS. They move when they want, if they want. The dealer refused to fix anything because they could not find anything wrong. The key fob. One deprogrammed itself. The dealer said it needed a new battery. Replaced. Didn't work. Dealer reprogrammed it as I said that was the problem. One week later same thing and new battery again. I said it deprogrammed itself and they blammed me and threw me out of the service room because I made a stink about not being able to use my key fob on a 2 month old car.
A/C compressor dead. Replaced. System worked 2 weeks then no cold air. Guess what? Refridgerant leaked out yet the dealer replaced the compressor again and left me with no car for two days. No loaner car.
Brakes rotors. Started to lose power and steeringwheel started to shake violently. Dealer said rotors are warpped. How can this be with only 12k miles? Covered under warranty? No. I footed the bill: $1427 with new pads all around new rotors and calipers front.
I hate this car now because of everything I have went through. I will complain to HQ. Good Luck if you buy this or any other Hyundai/KIA...read morehide

- Great ride and performance
- lack of adjustments on GLS seats
I just did a comparison on trade in value's on 2007 Veracruz vs Honda Pilot and Toyota Highlander. The Veracruz is holding it's value better than both!!! Go pull a base price on all the vehicles then put the same amount of mileage on each and pull the Edmunds or Kelly Blue Book. It is true!! So all you out there who keep saying it won't hold it's value are wrong....read morehide

- Great car love everything about thecar.
- The dealer Earnhardts of AZ. gave me a bad deal. my fault i did not shop around
Because of the dealer i went to i could have gotten this car for 10,000 cheaper at another dealer. I would not recomend Earnhardts of AZ. They will rip you off.

- Great fuel economy, love the 3rd row seat, excellent leg room in the 2nd row
- I wish the drivers seat was a bit more roomier...I am 6'5"
Our family absolutely loves this vehicle. Our children love having control of the heat/air functions while being in the back seat. The controls are very well designed and the ride is very smooth and quiet. One of the nicest and quietest vehicles that I have ever driven. Well worth the money!

- Good fuel economy, great handling, Great price, well equipped, very quiet, super whisper engine.
- They don't advertise enough for this great SUV.
Very roomy, best SVU for traveling. Very stylish, it always feel good for any one in the car to ride in it, or drive it. They used all quality parts under the hood and outside of the hood. the interior is very nice, and has a classy feel and look, with no cheap materials. I drive this car over any other SUVs out there any time. I wish they would advertise for this SUV more....read morehide
