- Build quality, features for the money
I had a 2001 XG300, the precursor for the XG350, and found it to be the finest car I have ever owned. No regrets in owning this car - one of the neatest features is the frameless windows. When the windows are opened, and you open the door, it feels like a boat door - nothing in the way! Way cool. Impeccable build quality, Lexus-like transmission, smooth power, and comfortable ride made it a winner. It felt like it would run forever - and with the warranty is unbeatable for the price. I've had Toyotas, Hondas, Chryslers, Fords, and GM vehicles, but am a converted Hyundai owner now. Compare prices, drive one, and you'll be amazed....read morehide

- Wonderful ride. This is a 'luxury' car.
- Rear cup holders could improve.
I bought a 2005 XG350L after comparing it with the Maxima, Camry, Accord, Amanti, 500, Gran Prix & Impala. This is a 'luxury' car without the additional factory profit built in (see Acura & Lexus). Mileage = 26.5 highway with plenty of power. Very smooth ride and quiet. Infinity sound system with amp. & 8 disc changer sounds great. Nice styling, and 'extra cost options' on other cars are 'standard' on the XG. I was not 'locked in' to Hyundai when I bought this car, but was already sold on their quality. I traded in an '02 Sonata with 111K miles that had become one of my favorite cars. The only times it saw the shop was for 2 'check engine' lights caused by sensors; and they were replaced under warrenty. When my daughter recently looked for a car to take to college, she picked out an '05 Tiburon because she liked the way it looked. I bought it for her because of my experience with the Sonata. Before you settle for less, do yourself a favor and drive the XG350L....read morehide

I bought XG350 last year 2004. I didn't like it that much when i first bought, but now I love it!
The handling is great, and the power is excellent. Both exterior and interior design is luxurious and the seat is very comfortable!
I think this car is the best value mid-luxury car in the market!...read morehide

- Smooth ride, excellent acceration, comfortable seats, loaded with extras, sharp style!
- Gas mileage could be better. However, now I can use more economical gas.
When my lease ended on a Lexus 300, I thought I would take a step "down". I have been pleasantly surprised. I now burn more gas because I want to drive more. The interior is the best I have owned in my lifetime. (I have leased three luxury cars.) I thought the transition from my former car would be difficult. I was wrong! The ride is excellent, braking and overall handling are very good. To this point, I have not found a problem, such as lose or non-functioning items....read morehide

I have the 2000, and to me it can't be beat. Have had no trouble with it, and 100 0/0 satisfied.:) Hums just like it did the day I bought it. One thing I would like is to hear less road noise.

- styling, handling, comfort and drivibility
- bit noticeable transmission shifting
A hell of car for the value and qualities. This car tops many, many other competitive cars in the class when comparing its agility, drivibility, and comfortness. My proclavity for this car has been its quality workmanship and its serviceability.
Highly recommend this car to everyone without any reservation....read morehide
