I own a 2007 Santa Fe and I love it. Looks great, the ride is superior, and compared to it competitors,the Santa Fe is a winner.

I bought one for the family and it is amazing the quality for the price.
The room inside is more than adequat. My wife keep saying that looking at it from the outside you could never tell it has 3 rows seats.
Very satisfy with it. With 4 kids it is what we needed.

Very suprized..Almost as good as the Hylander I traded and alot cheaper. Engine has enough power and smooth.. cabin very nice and quiet..Trans shifts smoothly..very nice stereo( better than Hylander's )with XM..Got all the goodies I wanted with all-wheel drive $27,000 ..Brakes a bit lacking and handling a tad jumpy compared to Hylander However , I thinkSante Fe is a better value. This review is of my 2006 Santa Fe. I bought this vehicle new. Had a problem with the throttle position sensor in 2007. This was fixed by outstanding service techs, under warranty. This year had a check engine light. Turned out to be the seal on the gas cap. Otherwise, this vehicle has been outstanding! Driven from Ohio to Florida towing a 12 ft long enclosed trailer. Never missed a beat! I also tow this trailer locally hauling my tools and materials for handyman business/ I would recommend this vehicle to anyone who wants all the stuff that other brands charge extra for. Monsoon am/fm/cd/cassette, air conditioning, four speed automatic transmission. Lots of cargo room, great gas mileage, good looks, plenty of power. I just can't say enough. When I compared all vehicles and took the "ego" out of riding in a Hyundai. The answer was easy, I saved 12-15 Thousand Dollars by choosing the Hyundai Santa Fe over other models. I have been happy ever sense, that $15000.00 feels good in my pocket vs the other models. I would buy another Hyundai again....read morehide

Bought new in March 2008. Sticker price was 25k + change. Got the car for $21,500 after $1,500 factory rebate. Have driven to Disney last summer from NYC without any problems. In fact I now have a little over 12K miles on this vehicle and have not had any problems at all. Have been back to the dealer only for routine maint.(oil changes).Smooth ride, good accel., quiet interior no road noise. Hyundai has come a long way from the only other one I ever owned, a 1986 Excel. Excellant value for your money. Would purchase again. I might even upgrade to a Genesis since the Sante Fe was so good....read morehide

I rented one of these and drove it from Lincoln Ne. to Salt Lake City Ut. It averaged 23 mpg @ 75 mph. It had a very comfortable ride & handled nicely. better than average sound system for the standard stereo. lots of leg room and I had a good clear veiw (no blind spots). I was able to sit comfortably in this car for the entire 12 hour trip. I was able to go about 350 mi. between fuel stops. I also liked the ground clearance & headroom, being 5'9" and 250 lbs it was easy to get in and out. The one I got had just over 30,000 miles on it and there was not the slightest rattle, squeek, or vibration. very smooth car. I have been shopping around for a crossover suv, the Hyundai Santa Fe is now my #1 choice, hands down and is definately going to be my next vehicle purchase! Oh, and it's easy on the eyes too!
For the price...this seems to pack the best bang for the buck!...read morehide

I have owned my 2008 santa fea for about a year, and it's been great overall I love it. I used to sell Hyundai's and I think they have come a long way. I would recommend their vehicles to anyone I know. That being said they don't hold their value... I only say this because if in a couple years you want to trade in for a newer Hyundai or another vehicle in general, good luck breaking even. I recently checked with a buddy of mine who still sells cars and I would be 6 grand in the hole if I wanted to trade in. If you buy this car make sure you pay it off, otherwise you'll pay in the long run....read morehide

I just drove the GLS off the lot and I am very satisfied. It rides like a Lincoln but is a lot higher off the ground and much more fun to drive. This is my second Hyundai, I had the 2007 Tuscon. If I have the same luck that I did with the Tuscon I will be very happy! I think after looking at all the other SUV's in this class. The Hyundai Santa Fe is the best value without giving up much. It rides great, looks great, and is a pleasure to drive. It is huge inside, and the storage space is wonderful. I got the regular sound system that comes with the car, and it rocks! Clear and crisp speakers with good sound separation. Seats are comfortable and the appointments such as wood paneling all around are top notch! Can't wait to take this car on a long trip! If you are looking for this kind of vehicle just buy it! You won't be sorry....read morehide
