- $13,704 - $14,331
- looks HOT, I have a heavy foot BUT.... it does me really well!
- Blind spot
It's a sport SUV something you won't regret!
I love the fact that it sounds good when you step on the gas not only that it's actually a fast car. Love the HP and it just looks real good.

- AWESOME Ride! Great Performance, eye catching machine all around!
- Ride is a little rough
This car rocks! I have a 2004 FX35 with the sports package. I bought this car after owning a BMW 7 series, an Audi and a BMW 5 series. Truthfully, I would pick this FX everytime I have a choice between the BMW, Audi or FX..why?
Everything - from price to options to maintainence. From comfort to style, to looks..YOU name it - this car has it. When I visit my friends in Dallas, they ALWAYS say how much they like my car. I let a friend of mine drive this car (I must have been out of my mind) and he was extremely impressed. He drives an X5.
Anyway - if you are in the market for an SUV that you will totally love - test drive an FX - you will not regret it!...read morehide

- Good gas milage, power, stability, navigation, options, interior confort, and back seat room.
- I'm hard pressed to find a con with this vehicle.
I went from driving a Tahoe to the FX35 and don't regret the move one bit. I'm extremely impressed with the quality of this car. The gadgets, bells, and whistles are great features if you choose to add them into this vehicle. I've only scratched the surface with what the navigation system can do, but so far I'm very happy that I went for this option.
I've had sports cars in the past that don't stand up to what the FX has in it. If you decide to pull the cars transmission into manual and get the FX into it's power band, you will not be disappointed. It's amazing what a six cylinder 275HP engine can do. If you're just into easy freeway driving you'll be equally pleased as to how nice and smooth the drive is.
If you're in the market for a car, you have to drive the FX35. You'll be hooked....read morehide

- Great handling, controls well-placed, audio system is great
- No automatic release for rear, CD based navigation instead of satellite
Okay, I'm a little jaded! I am a middle-aged woman who just started driving six years ago and have only driven Infiniti vehicles (I30, I35, and two FX35s). I ordered my first FX35 before they ever hit the showroom floor and can't imagine driving anything else! I got my 2005 FX before my '03 lease was up. I have been trying to decide whether to go with an Acura MDX when my lease ends this time because of a couple of items that the FX doesn't have (voice driven navigation, ipod ready and a couple of others), but I can't seem to think of life without my FX.
All the attention the vehicle gets doesn't hurt either. You meet a lot of new people driving it!...read morehide

- No trim specified for this review
- Looks and power
- Gas, noise, handeling, blind spots, interior..
Low gas (mine avg. 14 mpg hwy and city), too noisy, body rattle and vibrations (I drive in LA. We dont have pot holes or bad roads!) , extremely poor/dangerous handling when you hit a rough patch, blind spots galore, side mirrors are slanted down resulting in even lower visibility, interior instrumentation is poorly set up, storage box by your arm is set too far back - you have to turn to access it, dont waste your time....read morehide

- VERY tight handling. Very Stable. Safe and secure. Super comfy, like an old fav jacket.
- Blind spots, Best in class fuel economy.
This car looks big, but it is lighter than the pigmy BMW X3!!! 4200 lbs vs 4,993 lbs. This translates to best in class fuel economy. I get about 18 - 23mpg mixed city20% highway80%. I have a 2004 2WD FX35 in brown berrylium with Sport Package.
The storage capacity is based on floor space and it's where it counts. I was able to pack in two DIY packaged 7 feet sofa beds, with two accompanying rolled mattresses, pillows and mattress covers from Ikea. There was room to squeeze in at least one more set. I'm pleasantly surprised.
This car is true value for money esp if you by it used. There is no SUV out there with better road handling like the FX35/45 except the Porsche Cayenne SUV. But the FX comes Oooo so close and 20grand cheaper!!
Seats are sofa comfortable, with fantastic underleg support, but yet firm and supportive with side supports. The handling is very very tight and the traction control really works! Its a car you can drive your beloved in. Its brawny sophistication. This is probably the most underated SUV on the market. Steering has a tight weighted feel of Porsches, you owe it to yourself to drive one. The only negative are the blind spots....read morehide

- suspension tight on the turns, handles like a sports car without the top heavy tilting concerns
- interior options could be better
I was delightfully surprised when i test drove this vehicle. I was expecting a top heavy feel like the Lexus SUVs. It was impressively powerful and made transitioning from my Lexus SC430 into the SUV world smooth. It accelerates and brakes with the power and reliability of a small car and the shape of the body has a very elegant finesse. Having driven the 2006 Lexus SUVs as well, I found the lexus models to be too nonsporty appealing more to the 40 year old couple with 8 kids, whereas the Infiniti is more like a mature 30 something who isnt quite ready to give up the zoom zoom of youth but who realizes space in a vehicle is very very important....read morehide

- Performance, Appearance, Handling, Comfort
- Trunk space, Blindspot, Suspension
The FX is an SUV with the heart of a Sports Car. This vehicle car roars from a complete stop to 60 in seconds flat. The performance is crazy. The distinctive roar of the engine give the vehicle a more impressive sound. The seats are extremely comfortable which makes long commutes and sitting in traffic a lot more bearable. The handle is extremely nimble. The 11 Bose speakers and subwoofer drowns out every sound outside including emergency vehicle. The only drawbacks to this vehicle is its suspension which is extremely stiff which can make driving over uneven/choppy roads a little rough. In addition there is a blindspot in the rear which makes it a little difficult if you want to swerve in and out of traffic. Overall I am extremely satisfy with this vehicle and would not trade it in for another SUV...read morehide

- Speed, Standered Equipment, Best Nav., Style Inside & Out
- Poor Fuel Economy, Blind Spots
I had a 2004 Fx35 and have just gotten the 2006. They have made great improvments to the 06.... Its much more comfortable, the ride is great. Everything about this great is great except, Fuel (12mpg)... You have to buy a gas station with the purchase of this car... But because the car is excellent in everything else I think it's worth it!...read morehide
