- Bluetooth sensitive to noise, no auto trunk closing
I have 8700 miles since July and this is the best Infiniti I have ever owned. I have had G-20's, a J30t, 2 Q45's, 2 QX-4's, etc. I absolutely love this car without question. I average 18.2 city and nearly 24 on the road with the AC running. It is a fabulous car and powerful with the six cylinder; in fact, more powerful than my last 2 M-45's (old body style).
Unlike BMW and Mercedes which regularly are panned for mechanical problems, I have never, ever had other than a loose screw or reluctant seat belt retractor. My ex-wife bought herself a BMW wagon, drove it to work and was unable to open the doors !! She ended up taking it back to the dealer to get out of the car.
My dealer service is extraordinary, the buying experience is painless, I get treated like a king regardless of which model I have driven from the least expensive to the most.
I strongly recommend this car. Owning the M35 will yield a big smile on your lips every time you pull out of the driveway....read morehide

- Killer features, acceleration, handling. Pretty much everything. I love my car.
- Bluetooth has some issues
The best car I've ever owned! It offers more than the BMW at a bit lower price than the Lexus.

- Pick up, comfort & smooth ride
- Not having a tissue for BMW 530 drivers when I speed past them
This car is great. I have no idea why anyone would spend almost the same amount of money on a BMW 330 or more on a 530 will this car has more options, bigger engine and you can negotiate on the price.
I guess if you want to be a trendy yuppy you can get the BMW, but if you want the real deal, you will get the INFINITI....read morehide

- Big GPS screen, paint, fast, smooth trans,
- Fuel Economy, So-So MP3, decent Bluetooth, noisy, bad Infiniti service
great car and I should have bought the car i test drove, but they had the Black on Black in the show room so i test drove a white. loved and and bought the car. this might be a isolated case but my car has mushi front wheel feel to it. it skips left and right. makes me look like a drunken driver from behind. something might be loose in the front suspension/steering/bearing area but service department says nothing is wrong. I may just have to keep going back to the service department until they lemon it and give me another car or fix it....read morehide

- Nice power, awesome styling, great handling, lots of cool gadgets
- bad gas mileage, too much engine noise, expensive sport tires prone to flats, fuses blow easily
I love the look and drive but the gas mileage is horrible. I never get over 17 mpg in mostly city driving. Highway mpg is about 21( a little more acceptable) but my wife's SUV does better. Also the tires on the sports package are prone to pull on rough roads and have flats easier( but they look really cool). Another gripe is that the fuses blow easily...I have changed four in six months and I never changed one in my G35 in over three years. But despite these negatives, I still think it is one of the best looking cars on the road and the drive is awesome especially on curvy roads....read morehide

- Very plush interior. A plethora of techno gadgets like intelligent key, bluetooth and voice activati
- Only five gears, wish it came with six. Gas guzzler.
I really like this car. I used to own a BMW 330i and an Audi A4 before that. The M35 is way better as far as interior comfort, value and reliability. It does fall short in the performance category when compared to the BMW. You can't always have your cake and eat it too. I prefer comfort and reliability over performance, but that's a personal decision. However, the ride is much smoother and more refined. The engine is strong and really moves!
I can't speak on the comfort of the seats enough. They're very soft and after a long drive you don't feel fatigued. The air ventilated option is wonderful on a hot day. The interior looks very sleek. I have the brushed aluminum. The 14 speaker sound system that comes with the Tech package isn't much different from the 8 speaker system in my opinion, but I got it anyways.
The Xenons aren't very strong compared to Audi or BMW, but they do a good enough job. Overall I am pleased with my purchase....read morehide

- Quick acceleration, excellent price, awesome sound system
- Cup holders, required "journey package"
This is an extraordinary automobile, very quick and very user friendly with the finest audio system I have ever heard in a car, so fine that I don't even want to go fast. The price is several thousand dollars better than the competition, and the ride at least as good. User friendly amenities abound. Though the gas mileage isn't great, it is to be expected in a car of this size. My only complaints in two weeks of ownership are the size of the cup holders, and the insistence by the local dealer that the journey package be added to the sport package, a needless and redundant add on of some $1700 dollars. This car comes with my highest recommendation....read morehide

- Gas Guzzler
I just signed a lease. It gets nowhere near the listed gas mileage. They must have tested this car coasting down a mountain. I would drop this lease today, if I could.
I have had 3 other infinitis, a Lexus, and generally very nice cars. This problem is a first for me.
According to the computer, I was averaging 16 mpg on the highway, at night, alone on the road, using cruise control, on a flat road.
According to the sticker, that should be 25 mpg
The sticker is so far off the reality, it borders on fraud....read morehide

- Aggressive look, build quality, features, rearview camera, and ride comfort
- Engine a little noisy when car is accelerated, shift gear knob, and look of the odometer
The car is the best value for the money in the luxury midsize sedan. Other cars with the standard equipment and added options would run thousands more. A fun car to drive long or short distances. The style is much more appealing than some of the other cars in the price range. Although handling and performance are not in par with the 530i, it still is a very capable car. The M is by far the best car made by infiniti and I am very pleased with my decision....read morehide

- LOTS OF LEG ROOM FRONT AND REAR . COMBINES A SPORTS CAR BY DAY AND LUXURY CAR BY NIGHT.
- THIS CAR WASN'T AVAILABLE SOONER . WOW ,IT HAS EVERYTHING
I HAD SHOPPED AROUND DRIVING BMEW 5 SERIES , MERCEDES ,( YUK) , LEXUS , NOT BAD . I WAS ALMOST SET ON THE LEXUS GS 430 BECAUSE OF THE POWER . BUT ONCE I DROVE THE M 35 SPORT , IT WAS AS POWERFULL WITH ITS V6 AS THE LEXUS V-8 . DON'T BE FOOLED BY HP NUMBERS , ITS WHAT IT ACUALLY DOES THAT COUNTS . I RECOMMEND DRIVE EVERYTHING ELSE FIRST THAN DRIVE THE M 35 , AND YOU WILL BE AMAZED AT WHAT IT OFFERS FOR THE MONEY. THE SAFETY FEATURES ARE AMAZING AND THE CAR ALTHOUGH QUITE HIG TECH IS EASY TO FIGUER OUT AFTER A COUPLE OF TRIES. THERE IS A HELP MENU ON BOARD THAT IS VEY EASY TO ACCESS....read morehide
