- smooth ride, quiet, handles great, inspires confidence on snow covered roads
- fuel economy with V8
I bought my new Grand Cherokee in October when the rebates were high, so it was a great deal. I realized how good my choice was after the first snowfall. This thing is amazing in snow/icy road conditions. The only down side is that the gas mileage on long highway trips is not very good. I expected the 15 miles per gallon city driving, but 19 highway is less than I had hoped for.
Overall the Grand Cherokee is a wonderful vehicle, espcially for the money. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who lives in a climate where winter driving is part of your life.
