- Great number of options
- Fuel economy
I owned a 98 Jeep 5.9 prior to this so I was used to muscle car like acceleration and those unbeleivable comfy seats. The Hemi moves along nicely with the 5 spd auto but there is a noticeable delay on the throttle which is annoying. After owning it for only three weeks, the driver side seat squeaks as if it were dads old recliner with a broken spring. Taken it in twice, first time they were "unable to duplicate" The second time it was claimed that something underneath near the skid plate was in need of lubrication (ok....) It started again yesterday. The last thing-if the windows and/or sunroof are open, the rear seatbelts flap very loudly in the wind. A strange issue but on my 98, Jeep actually knew of that and had velcro straps to secure them in place. Other than those issues, it truly is a nice drive, the factory options are a great distraction on road trips, satellite radio, nav system, 6 cd changer, and switch driving and sit in the back and watch a movie.
