Great car at a great price. The GDI engine gives smooth and powerful acceleration without sacrificing MPG. Interior is roomy and comfortable- plus the trunk is huge. There are lots of luxury features inside and out that you don't expect on an entry level car. Looked at the Accord and Camry among others before buying the Optima- the other guys are living off reputation. Kia is offering 10 years and 100,000 mile warranty. If Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Ford, Chevy, etc are such great cars why don't they offer that kind of warranty protection???

I've purchased lots of things in my life. This is one of the very few things that I've bought that I've had no second thoughts or regrets...

If you are near Salisbury, NC- Gerry Wood Kia offers Lifetime Powertrain and Drivetrain warranty in addition to the Kia Factory Warranty. That's just icing on the cake....read morehide

This is my third Kia, and they get better all the time. It's the best looking 4-door on the road, hands down. The performance with the 2 liter turbo engine is outstanding. After some negotiations with my dealer, I got my fully loaded SX model for around $28,000, and it's got everything.....Bluetooth, navigation, backup camera, heated and cooled seats, panoramic sunroof, and more. Regarding the reviewers who complained about the gas mileage, let me say that I've been able to easily hit EPA ratings by driving conservatively. I easily hit 32 plus MPG on the open road. The problem is that the turbo motor invites punching it at every opportunity, and I'm thinking that's why so many people get bad mileage. me and my fiancée was browsing around in lake city,florida we stop at roundtree moore Toyota and no luck. Then my fiancée said lets stop at roundtree moore kia then we drove our new vehicle that same day to our house. Great vehicle so far had it for four days now and my fiancée is just in love with it, after owning a ford expedition that we actually trade in for this one we have high hope for this fuel saving that we going to save with this vehicle..the service in that dealership was wonderful, we will for sure and go back to get another vehicle from them again. Great carr!! Bought brand new in 2012 and have almost 20k miles already. Great car, been a fantastic ride. Comfortable, but the passenger seat is low and there is some road noise at highway speeds.

bought my kia optima in lake city florida dealer Roundtree Moore was fun (good) to work with and I got a good deal.Acceleration brisk the handle taught the ride is smooth if alittle stiff (it's a sports sedan) A friend mine who also has an optima sx claims he out ran a BMW M3 doesn't know what year.

My wife and I like this car the a/c can freeze you on a 90 % humidity 90 degree day the sound system is just great...read morehide

After suffering with 2000, 2002 and 2009 Impalas with the same brake problem that the dealer or Chevrolet could not fix it was time for a change. Our sales person, Allen Williams, was the most professional of anyone we tried to deal with.

Rented 2012 GDI with 6k miles.Drove 300 miles, good car, firm ride,similar to some acura autos nice looking inside/out. Drivers seat a lttile hard, rear seats fine.Steering feel tight and med hard. Tires noisy. Better tires might make the ride less choppy, not sure. I didnt like the red dash lights, the am/fm radio was poor,when I played a cd it sounds great. passenger seat to low cannot adjust up or down. The rear seats were good. will compare to other brands....read morehide

I have never owned a kia but grew tired of my 2011 chevy cruze . So with all the special deals. I went to test drive several different cars from larger Buick models to mid size imports. Some expensive and some mid priced. I have to admit after driving the 2013 Kia Optima SXL the car blew me away. It has many options, power style ,and fuel economy.with the 274 hp turbo. You won't get 34 miles per gallon if you put your foot into it,but at 65 mph which or driving the basic speed limits you will get in the 30 plus range .I have owned this car for almost 2 weeks ,and I am very satisfied Great job Kia...read morehide

Leased the 2011 SX 18 months ago. No problems at all. Over 22K miles. Trading it in early tomorrow (leased for 18 months on a 36 month)f on a new 2013 SX for no additional cost!!! MSRP is $1750.00 more. This deal ends very soon!!!!

Best gas milage was 35.7 miles per gallon on trips back to NJ.

Most of my friends , my wife and my children could not believe that I traded in an awd Lincoln MKZ for the Optima. I bought the top model with Nav and I haven’t regretted it for a minute. Everything about the car from the push button start to collapsible outside mirrors is great. The only negatives is the road noise which I have discovered is probably due to the lousy tires that come standard and the poor sound quality of the am but I don’t listen to am anyways. I looked at the new Lincoln, BMW, Passat, Fusion and Kia was hands down best deal especially with the 5 year warranty in Canada ( 10 in USA i think) Great car .Mine is pearl white with black interior...read morehide
