OVERALL VERY PLEASED WITH THIS CAR. MILAGE APPEARS PER SPECS.. EXPECT HIGHER MILAGE WHEN WEATHER NOT SO FRIGID .5-20 DEGREES HAS BEEN THE NORM AT THIS TIME.. LATE JANUARY, EARLY FEBRUARY. UNABEL TO STATE RELIABILITY AS VEHICLE STILL TOO NEW.

- Multiple airbags, looks good, tires inexpensive, warrenty
- Gas mileage ave 27 in city 32 on hwy. Tires explode very easily. No GPS with mine???
GPS is NOT standard. Do not hit a curb the tires WILL explode.
Service Centers do not keep stock so repairs are longer. In all I do like the car but I wish I would have looked at the Honda Fit. I bought this car becuase of the price. It is not 13,000 however.

- not a real bad car
- not a bad pricing either
I'd love it more with more styled wheels and tires( bigger, 16' or 17'),
fuel economy is good, drove one from Texas to Chicago, Il, no problems.
I think it just depends on the driver, the way you take care of it the way you rio will take care of the driver. It just needs some power mirrors, pwr windows and keyless entry. What I noticed they don't put that stuff on most rios....read morehide

- Good on gas
- Breaks down right after the warranty and during
This car seemed to be a great value at first.
My car leaked 3 times, radiator fan broke, clutch got damaged, window molding ripped off, fuse wiring burnt, power steering damaged, cv axle damage, and more, all that before the 100,000 miles.
Very fragile car, would never recommend a Kia to anyone. Please save your money and trouble by doing your homework and looking for a better car....read morehide

- great fuel economy. Fun to drive. Good sound system even being stock.
- Some road noise but the car it self makes up for it.
I was 19 when I got my 2007 Kia Rio LX. I love it today as I did when I drove off the lot with it. This is my first new car and I do not regret getting it. I love driving it and I love the MPG's. It is a beautiful car and I get heads turned, people cant believe it is a Kia. Kia is getting up there on thier vehicles and the Rio is one of them. Over all, I love my car, for any first time buyer on a budget, get this car, you wont regret it, at least test drive it before you say no!!...read morehide

- Great mileage, fun, efficent vehicle
- Some road noise
This is a great value. As a first time new car buyer, I am absolutely impressed with the great care of the Kia staff as well. This vehicle is practical, inexpensive, and definitely recommended to anyone as an entry-level sedan or hatchback.
My last vehicle was an Acura Integra, and I don't find the performance to be the least bit lacking for a car of its size. With a zippy 1.6L 4-cylinder engine and a curb weight of just over 1300 lbs, it has more than enough power to move its relatively diminuative frame....read morehide

- I laugh at the gas pump!
- Not much get-up-and-go
Love our Rio! We drove it off the lot one year ago and never looked back. It's perfect for commuting and travelling across town with the family. All that with a 5 star safety rating.
