Overall not bad, I like it more than my Countach from way back , but not near as fun to drive as my newer Ruf RT12.

I recommend this over the Ferrari's no questions, reliability is much higher than the 430 or 360. Don't have a Maserati to compare to - maybe that's next.

For now I am happy with the Ruf over my italians....read morehide

This car is fast and the and the appearance is great!!! However, I weigh 483 pounds and the seating is very unpleasant/uncomfortable. The passenger door tends to fly open at high speeds. The breaks grind in 1st & 2nd gear. I installed drum breaks to solve the problem, but the problem became noticeably worse and louder, so I completely removed the breaks and drive without the rear breaks. The suspension is horrible and sounds like it touches the top of the tires when I go over bumps...read morehide

car is stiff, sometimes too quick responding....this is not a novice auto and I not a toy!

Fortunately, one was ordered for a customer who defaulted on the deal and while it was in the 6 figures, a significant savings over an original was possible. Not entirely pleased with the mustard yellow, this vehicle burns FIRE!!!! No dancing around this baby! Eats corvettes like cotton candy and is built for roads not available in the USA. Having driven for nearly 45 years, it was necessary that a speed and handling course be attended (my own idea) after the test drive in a prior model. If you enjoy "over-engineering", this is the baby you should consider. Not sure about a long trip even though the interior is much more roomy than you would expect with this much power, engine, etc. This vehicle can and will draw the ire of law enforcement at the blink of an eye and while there is no US made pursuit vehicle capable of keeping up, it is a joy to drive and a curve if you break the law in this baby. Requires maturity, a working brain, sensitive hands for the feel of the road and the ability to do more than one thing at a time. The fastest I have had this bird is around 225, on flat, dry, hard surface. At those speeds this baby "squats" and the retacting spoiler extended above about 73 mph. Tachometer is a valuable tool BUT your ears and hands need to adjust to the rps's, sounds of the highway and the ability to hold back an ear to ear grin! Don't drive it unless you plan on purchasing one because you will die disappointed at anything else....read morehide

I have owned my LP640 for three months now. so far i have found it fantastic. it's not a car to be used every day, only comes out when the sunshines. this car is a real beast and must be driven properly otherwise you could find yourself in some trouble.

The engine is fantastic, massive torque from low revs, and will pull just as stong untill the rev limiter kicks in.

A highly recomended car. but also a very expensive one, make sure you have deep pockets before you buy. it's not purchasing the car it's running it.

i highly recomended car, you'll struggle to find a car which gives you more of a rush than this one.

the seat can be a bit uncomfortable sometimes,just gotta find the right inclination

i love driving this car to work,i have full control over it,so in my opinion,one of the best cars i have.
