2007 Lexus GS 350 User Reviews
- $17,835 - $18,476
- No trim specified for this review
- nice new look, cool little gagets
- headlights don't aim right, not comforable for my 6'5" frame, tire noise
Care is overpriced for what you get. The headlights illuminate the road too low, difficult to drive safely at night. Dealership doesn't really seemed concerned. They have my money and seem not to care. All the folks who rate this car very highly are people, I think, who work for Lexus and are trying to dupe people into thinking the car is perfect. Ya can't trust anyone these days. It's all about the almighty dollar. I recommend looking at another "luxury" vehicle to be honest with you....read morehide

- nothing at all good about the car
- Very poor ride on rough roads, HID headlights are aimed too low.
To say this is anything other than an overpriced Toyota Camry would be fallacy. This Lexus as a luxury car is at best a stretch. I am getting rid of it as soon as I can and buying an E350.

- Constant cabin noise from tires.
16 years owning various lexus. 2007 GS 350 comes with low profile tires and there is a contant huming noise in the cabin. Sorry I bought it. Noiseist I ever owned. So far Lexus dealer and corporate have been no help. My lawyer will be talking with them.

- BMW Styling with Better Electronics, Service, Resale Value
- No iPod connection
if you are looking for a luxury sport vehicle, you must drive the Lexus GS 350. I just purchased the 2007 and here are the reasons.
#1 - The new engine provides 303 hp and the car can get out of it's own way. This is the biggest reason. I had looked at the GS 430 a couple months back, because I had to have a minimum of 300hp. The 2006 GS 350 didn't have the horses. The GS 430 engine was too quiet. I didn't get the rush I wanted when I floored it. The 2007 G350 has the horses, the sound, and at less cost. It's a winner!
#2 - Their appears to have been a redesign in the accoustics of the engine, so now you can actually here the power when you goose the engine. It's not the Porsche Caymen S sound that I loved, but it gave me the adrenaline rush that I was looking for.
#3 - It has every electronic gadget you can think of - an awesome new generation NAV, Bluetooth connectivity to my phone, voice activated dialing and control of the car's features, parking assist, the lsit goes on.
#4 - Interior Luxury second to none - detail, detail, detail!
#5 - Lexus Quality and Lexus Service -- I have a BMW 740iL too, my wife has a Lexus RX 300. She always was able to one up me on the service she received from her dealership. Not any more!
The GS 350 is the practical sports car that you are looking for....read morehide

- Lexus luxury and comfort combined with new found efficient muscle under the hood
- No ipod/aux jack
The level of luxury, comfort and ergonomics within the car are the best in its class. It doesnt handle turns like a 5 series but the overall ride is exceptional. It is the most powerful V6 in its class and it rips in the city and on the highay. My girlfriend is the worst backseat driver and the car is so smooth on the highway that I had it at 120MPH for half an hour w/out her realizing how fast we were going. And by the way there is a lumbar on the seats which are very comfortable. The guy who compared the M5 to this is nuts because the M5 is not in the same price range. You will feel good driving this car on the road because it performs highly in all weather and its body has an eye catching style that by far is the most beautiful in its class....read morehide

- Fuel economy, customer service
- seats uncomfortable, lack of lumbar support
This car has all the electronic toys and more. It is sometimes too restrictive in what features you can use while the car is in motion. The fit and finish is excellent, however I can't get the seat into a comfortable position. My last car a BMW M5 had terrific seats, although the GS lacks the torque and hp of the M5, it is pretty powerful for a 6 banger. It should be better after the break in period. This is the first Lexus I have purchased, so far I am completely satisfied with this car....read morehide
