- Performance, comfort, luxury, safety, and amazing gadgets...
- Small trunk...
Lexus has always been known as the car company that brings out the most reliable and dependable cars in the world, but a little bit on the conservative side in terms of design and performance. Well, if this new GS is the new beginning of what's to come for Lexus - the Europeans and Americans better wake up or be left behind again. Everything about this car was well thought of from the sleek exterior to the comfortable and state of the art interior. The only down side of this car is the truck. It's too small. However, it does suffice for now, but Christmas might be a different story. I can say more, but you need to take a ride to see and feel for yourselves....read morehide

- very comfortable, very fast (sub 6 sec.), great ergonomics
- maybe only the price
Test drove the GS 430. It is a great car inside. There's lots of room, I'm 6 ft. and I was comfortable. The inside looks great with the large viewing screen and wood. When I stepped on the pedal the car goes. Don't let the 300 hp fool you, the engine is lighter and effecient. The exterior looks great for a luxury car. Test drive this car you won't be disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!...read morehide

- Sleek design, intelligent gadgets, performance
- Heft price, but you pay for what you get !
Lexus has done a great job with the redesign of the GS model. It's a lot sleeker and they'd added many things that were only on the LS. The car really handles well, accelerates strongly.
The 430 model is like driving a 4-door version of their sport coupe. The 300 model does well, but is not as smooth in acceleration and is a lttle more noisy from outside the car (a low ticking noise).
Could not wipe the smile off my face after driving the GS-430 and you do pay a premium for moving up to an 8-cylinder engine, but if you are a car enthusiast, it's well worth it. The wheels on the GS-430 are sportier than the ones on the GS-300.
And yes I've put my order in for one - have been a long-time Lexus fan and Sewell surely knows how to take care of their customers!!...read morehide
