- Beautiful, comfortable, quiet, smooth, should I go on?? Love it.
- High gas prices

This car has all the bells and whistles. On a 200 mile road trip freeway only, I got 21mpg. Very surprising, and the ride and comfort are amazing.
I haven't found any cons with this vehicle yet. I got the Premium with rear DVD and my grandson loves me for it.

- Reasonable fuel economy for such a heavy car, Nice looking, superior interior and great power
- Not as dynamic as a BMW X5/ X6

As a true BMW/ German cars loyal, I use to hait Toyota and had a perception of Lexus as a "stuffed" Toyota, stuffed with leather, sound dampers and extra useless gadgets with no true value for the HUGE extra amount of money you'll pay for a lexus vs. a Toyota.
So, when I finally fed up with the re-sale value of German cars (despite their quality ride) and their difficult and costly maintainance. I decided to go for a Toyota/ Lexus and my choice was the GX - Rationale is, they went all these miles enhancing its Toyota version "Prado" untill it became a "Lexus" - So what would its true Lexus version will be... I wasn't dissapointed, the ride is smooth like a dream, very enjoiable to drive (surprisingly !!), luxury, comfy and nice looking with fantastic interior and great power you would never need half of it.. And, still confused with its larger sister the LX which's 30-40% more expensive and some of my friend who have tried both are 100% convinced that the GX is better, roomier !!! than the LX.
If you're looking for a luxury SUV, forget about the BMW X5/X6 as you'll be throwing your money down the drain (re-sale value and maintainance)- Forget about Cayannes, they're just un-needed/ never going to be used power, and everything else suks to the max. Forget about range rovers as they have all the above pros and above all reliability/ durability issues, forget about Mercs, they still have a long way to go when it comes to SUVs. and Forget about American made SUVs, they all fall apart after one year of usage, including escaldes. Good Luck...read morehide
