- Silky smooth transmission, quiet ride, zippy, agile, responsive, stylish
- interior is crowded especially with baby car seat, ride is a little bumpy
previous car was a '99 audi a6 avant - i miss the awd and the soft ride, but not the mechanical problems, manufacturer recalls, and hardware failures. the sportcross is more narrow and short which is makes it very nimble and agile, but it is also crowded and a little bumpy. the car is very sporty and the interior detailing is well conceived. it is a great city car, and especially nice to drive on the freeway. the best asset is the high reliability and low maintenance cost. if you are considering a sportcross, check out the other lexus values, as you may find that you can get a larger, softer riding lexus for about the same price. conclusion: this is the poor man's land cruiser...
