2005 Maserati Gran Sport User Reviews

- Great Performance ( both low and high end), exceptional gas mileage, outstanding handling
- no fog lamps or standard cd changer and spare tire
I have been an avid Porsche Driver all my life, I went to buy a new turbo and decided to take the maserati grand sport for a test drive.
Well what can I say, It now sits in my garage along with other respectable company. Overall, If you really know how to drive, this Car will simply amaze you.

- everyone notices since so few are around; subtle-not overstated like a Ferrari;warranty
- no cup holder, garage door opener or multi CD changer
power like you can not believe; incredible handling and NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING has the engine purr of a Maserati!! Even the name evokes a certain awe! An incredible value when compared to an Aston Martin and why anyone would buy a Porche Turbo which noone even pays attention to anymore just doesn't know about the car!...read morehide

- Handling, Acceleration, Paddle-shift actuated transmission, spacious
- Stiff pedals
Took it for a test drive and I'm very impressed. 0-60 in 4.8 seconds. The handling on the car is also superb. As mentioned above, the pedals are a little stiff, but this can be overcome with more driving experience. A very high-performance car with a styling that looks great, yet doesn't scream "sports car". Good price for what you're getting....read morehide

- Beautifully styled, one of the few sports cars that seats 4 people in comfort, fast
Looked at the Aston Martin DB-9 and Ferrari 360/430. This car is a true 4-seater which is great when you have kids. At about $100K I think it's a great value. Maserati is also an understatement as opposed to Ferrari. You won't see a lot of these on the road. Beautiful styling, interior is perfect - all the way down to the stylish clock. Seats ae very comfortable - even if you are a tall driver. Good gas milage - perfec handling. Sports mode / F1 shifting is a lot of fun and you get a great feel for the car. In automatic mode it's nearly as comfortable as the BMW 745. It realy is a great touring/everyday car - not a weekend car like the Ferrari/Aston Martin. What's not to like - no CD changer, no cup-holder. About the perfect car. If it looses $10,000 a year in value and interest is 5.6% - the car costs about $1,250 a month (plus insurance, maintenance, gas, etc). A steal!...read morehide
