Purchased As New
Some may be surprised that I do not list HP as a con, but I bought it for fuel economy, and handling, which it has. It would be nice to have a few more bits of torque under the hood, but the tranny handles the lack of well. We bought this to travel in with our toys, bicycles and sea kayaks. So far no bog down, and we have lots of hills in central PA. We do not carry both at the same time so that does help.
The leather interior-sand, is very comfy, and the instrumentation and ergonomics of the system is very easy to learn. We looked at both the CRV and the Escape, but found the one to not handle nearly as well, and the other to have a very busy distracting interior with noisy grunt from the turbo.
After 5200 miles we are averaging 28mpg of 60/40 intown/highway driving. All in all we are very happy with the white color and the sand interior but would have liked a bigger selection of colors in exterior to interior light dark. We are not fans of black interiors.
