We have about 400 miles on the vehicle. At about 230 miles the fuel gauge was showing empty when it had more than 3/4 of a tank. Took to dealer for a no trouble found. When I was leaving I was able to show it was reading 1/4 tank (still 3/4 full remember) while no one in the vehicle and it would go to half with someone in it. Dealer made film and new appointment was made. They have had the vehicle more than a week and still no fix. Supposedly Mazda engineering says this is the first they've ever seen this problem and to replace instrument cluster. Seems thee are no instrument clusters in the US to replace it with and no one from Mazda seems to be able to find one.
I had the option to buy a different make crossover for a lower price. Wish I had bought it instead.
