- Sporty Look, Outstanding Price, Great Cargo Area
- All Black Interior show every little bite of dust & dirt.. But looks great when kept clean!
WOW!! I am loving it... I did my research because I drive my vehicles until they are ready for the junk yard. This was going to be my first BRAND NEW car. I needed to retired my Nissan pathfinder as my daily driver, it just was not dependable any longer, plus gas prices were killing me. I have a larger dog that goes everywhere with me, so not giving up cargo space was also very important. However, being single with no kids, I did not want to drive a car that looked like a family wagon. With all the extras I wanted in my new car (heated seats, sunroof, stereo system, etc.) a comparable car would have cost me from $24,000 and up. My total price for my Mazda3 Grand Touring, hatchback, fully loaded, automatic transmission, after taking it to local detail shop for window tinting & completed clear bar package was $21,500. Five months later I am still loving it!!
I highly recommend this car. I also highly recommend do you research online. BTW: I am getting 24 miles per the gallon....read morehide

- Best overall car in its class. More features then any car in the price range.
- Have not found any yet.
This car was purchased as a second car, a "run around" car. It has more then exceded our expectations. I would recommend spending the extra money for the leather interior...i am glad that we did. It seems to pull the car together, make the seats way more comfortable and make the cabin quieter. It has so many features that you don't see on other cars (like adjusting headlight height- who knew?) I was concened about the power of a 4 cyl automatic, but it has a bit of zip. I would and have recommend this car to everyone. We like it so much that our new infiniti sits in the driveway and we take the mazda. zoom-zoom...read morehide

- Value, good fuel economy, sporty look
After weeks of comparing and research, I bought this little gem and have been very pleased. Although I purchased my car 2 weeks ago, enough can't be said about "research, research, research". I now what to move to Germany where I can really "drive" her freely....and coming from a background of being a military brat, that says alot. Test drive one and you too will be hooked. I still have my 1997 vw golf, but she has been sold to a family member...shh...she doesn't know. "Hannah" (my new car's name) and I will be seeing alot of each other...:) zoom zoom.......read morehide

- Good looks, auto headlamps, auto climate control, leather seats
- fuel economy could be a tad better
Just bought my titanium gray 2006 S Grand Touring 5-Door on 2/28/05 and I am loving it. It has all the features I wanted (the standard features on a GT model are awesome, i.e. ABS, full airbags, 17 inch wheels ), and I really like my auto climate control and Xenon headlamps (set to automatic). The black leather seats are really comfortable and the interior in general is eye-catching and well thought-out. Got a new window tint job over the weekend which makes the car even more eye-catching and will help considerably with our South Florida summers. Great car overall....read morehide

- The 2.3L engine , great styling, standard equipment
- mpg's will suffer with the 2.3L
This is the best looking car out there. The things that come standard on the Grand Touring are unbelievable. PS,PL.cruise, heated leather seats, HID's,auto lights and wipers. You have to check this car out. Try the 5 speed manual. Very smooth. It just begs you to drive it hard. If you don't enjoy driving this car then you should not be driving. Its as simple as that....read morehide

- Amazing extras on the grand touring! Solid car. So much bang for your buck.
I just traded in my Honda Accord EX V6 for the 2006 Mazda 3 Grand Touring and I'm extremely satisfied. I've been eyeing the Mazda 3 for about 6 months and am beyond satisfied with my purchase. This car has everything my Accord had, minus some of the engine power, but I realized I could live without for everything I got on this car. Plus it's very sporty, handles very well, and has plenty of get up and go. All in all I couldn't be happier with my decision to buy the new Mazda 3. Zoom zoom zoom!...read morehide
