- Feels like sports car in all ways, seats 4 grandkids, they love it.
- Glare from middle consol, needs a/c vents in back' Noisy Seatbelt alarm
It is not a grandpa car -
Have 15000, runs perfect. Tough on dirt roads though. Finally have dash mat. 5 yr old can open/close sliding door. Tires are adequate, but Michlins will make it great. Does good in snow (Cedar City, UT) up to 4 inches. Smooth acceleration. Keeping it at 85, 5th gear, holds in 6 percent grade. Tint windows to help rear summer heat. Use flow through air setting to circulate out the back. I have driven may exotic cars, but cornering is excellant. ABS brakes great. You can drive for hours in comfort. Dont need pillow on seat!!! Push front passenger seat forward, take headrest off for view, and sit in back seat for tons of leg room and put feet through middle space to stretch legs. My wife loves that. Had towing equipment manufactured in Phoenix($200). Took 700 lb U-hall plus 400 lbs furniture on move from Phoenix to Cedar up grades and down mountains. I had to look several times if the trailer was there. Smooth as silk. AZHP high beamed me be cause I was dong 80 up the Flagstaff grade.
An adjustable bar in back is good when hauling things with rear seats down. You can configure seats so you can sleep in back on one side and still have room for luggage. Buy car rack with optional ski or bike attachment. Also, enclosed luggage comparts from Sears are great.
There is a wood/dash kit for automatics to get rid of sun glare. Or just use shoe polish to cut down. Find speaker for seat belt alarm, unplug. It sounds if you put a brief case on seat!
