I purchased this car because of its value. I wanted to purchase a car outright under 30K. With the sunroof package, 5speed automatic and heated seats, I was able to negotiate the MSRP of over 33k to low 29k.
I wanted a sport sedan and considered the nissan maxima for my budget. The appearance is what sold me on the car. Getting the sport package with 17 wheelms, michelin rubber, cross drilled roters and 4 piston calipers alon with the body kit that used to be reserved for C32 owners was definitely a plus. There is a sacrifice for performance however from a 6 cylinder to a supercharged 4. The engine is rougher and has to labor (rev) harder to launch. But thats normal for a 4 cylinder which lacks tourque early on. But I must say its not as bad as you would guess since the supercharger does give it a fun factor in high revs and brings horsepower close to the natural 6 cylinders found in other sport sedans.
Interior is small especially for rear passengers. But this is a sport sedan so i didnt expect S-class comfort.
Overall I am VERY satisfied with my purchase. I tried to be as value oriented as possible. Sacrificing a few minor things for great appearance, good performance, and good quality of the mercedes brand was well worth it.
Lifetime road assistance was used. Amazing serivice you would never think would come in handy. 0 cost to fix a flat.
Brought in for condensation in the mirror side marker (minor). Replaced the whole mirror under warranty in a very comfortable service center. 1 hour wait, threw in a car wash. 0 cost.
