2013 Mercedes-Benz C-Class
There are 5 user reviews for the C300 4MATIC Sport Sedan trim shown below
- Substantially more power and better MPG than same 2010 model
- No leather interior available on east coast.
Purchased As New
Lease was up on my 2010 C300 Luxury. Looked at new Cadillac ATS 3.6 AWD, BMW 338i Xdrive, and Lincoln MKZ. All far more money for approximately same specs.
I paid the same money for my 2013 as I paid for the 2010 I traded.
The driving difference is almost night and day between the old 228 HP 3 Liter and the new 248 HP 3.5 Liter engine. Twenty HP never felt so strong. Makes for a much more enjoyable drive and the Sport model actually rides a little better-it feels more secure and buttoned down compared to the slight wallow of the luxury model. The Command telematics has not improved much since 2010- a serious problem in my eyes as the new GM (MyChevy and Cadillac CUE) systems are intuitive and simple to operate and feature far more content. Gas mileage is 25 MPG although not broken in yet.
Miss the pop-up NAV/radio as you cannot "run dark" with the new in-dash unit.Overall, I very much like the car in spite of Mercedes lousy color choices- black, white, and 15 shades of grey (LOL). No cars were available with leather but the MB Tex is so easy to clean and stays cooler in our 95 degree heat, I am glad we ended up with it.
P.S. Only an idiot would pay this kind of money for a 4 cylinder engine, turbo or not.
