Upon introduction, the GL320 CDI is equipped with a standard 3.0-liter, V6, 215-horsepower, turbo, diesel engine that achieves 20-mpg in the city and 25-mpg on the highway. The GL450 is equipped with a standard 4.6-liter, V8, 335-horsepower engine that achieves 15-mpg in the city and 19-mpg on the highway. A 7-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard on both trims.
The 2007 GL-Class is all-new for 2007.
