2010 Mercedes-Benz M-Class
There are 4 user reviews for the ML350 BlueTEC trim shown below
- Good looks, large boot, confortable, quiet
- Gas guzzler 21 mpg max, poor customer service all round
Purchased As Used
We bought our ML350 CDi "Blue Efficiency" in 2010. The model we wanted was out of town Mercedes couldn't organise themselves to collect payment through a local dealer even though all Mercedes owned. The car only had 5000 miles on the clock and developed gearbox problems. It would just drop out of gear at low speeds for no reason. The Gracenote software read half the CDs. Had to go to multiple dealers to get problems sorted. The service from Mercedes poor for a luxury car maker. This car is lucky if it gets 21mpg! It is 25% less efficient than a BMW 3.0L X5 or Porsche Cayenne diesel. It also produces 20% more CO2. The weight, power etc is the similar to other models. Mercedes have no right to call this " Blue Efficiency"! This is just a gas guzzler don't be fooled by the marketing. The performance also feels sluggish it feels overweight.
