Purchased As New
I recently purchased a 2013 ML 350 and traded it 2 months later for the BMW X5. Crazy, maybe, but well worth it. The ML 350 has an extremely soft ride (similar to being in a large sedan)...if you prefer this type of ride, you'll love it. It is slow to accelerate but catches up once on the highway. The interior is very "busy" with controls, chrome, buttons and options for display. I prefer a cleaner look and less "stuff" cluttering the dash. I also had a lot of trouble with static, popping, and cutting out regarding the Bluetooth and the radio. Additionally, I feel that a vehicle with this type of price tag should have standard leather, versus the leatherette that Mercedes has gone to. Overall, it wasn't the vehicle for me.
