- Drives great, and excellent gas mileage for a truck
Purchased As Used
I traded my Tundra 09 with 2445 miles in for this 08 Raider, i am not disappointed. The truck drives smoothly, has more features than the Tundra, and it is very reliable, of course it is a Mitsubishi. My first car was a Mitsubishi Lance back in 1992, i could not kill the car, i passed it on to a friend who still have it till today. Mitsubishi have been in business for a while. I will recommend this truck to anyone who wants a decent truck for their money. It also looks very stylish....read morehide

- awesome style very roomy fun to drive
- weather strips around wheels pops out for no reason mitsu will not fix correctly
I had a 2006 mitsu raider duracross , my favorite of all my vehicles (until i wrecked it , some people dont know what stop signs mean) . This was a very strong reliable truck very good in snow , and when the durocross first came out it had the v8 235 hp and was well worth it the power was there and towing was great ... I would recomend this truck to anyone in the market for a new p/u , i will be buying another one soon...read morehide

- The fuel economy is better than we had thought.
We purchased our Raider in 2006. I can tell you it is by far the best vehicle we have ever owned!!! My husband and I sometimes argue over who gets to drive it each day because we both love it so much! Definitely go for the double cab. It is much larger and perfect for a family as long as they are of average height. We take our truck on road trips and it handles wonderfully on ice and snow! (Just follow the normal rules of the road of course!) I STRONGLY recommend this truck to everyone. We were the one of the first people in our area to buy this truck and everyone is impressed by how it looks and how nice the drive is. We used to own a cadillac and this truck gives every bit of a nice ride as a caddy. The reason why we wound up picking this truck over all others was the following: price, size, if it would fit in our garage, and storage. We bought a cap for the back of it made by ARE and they can perfectly match the paint job. It is also extremely reliable and very well made. We even got the DVD/Gamer/TV combo for the kids when we go on long trips. This is a MUST buy for truck lovers who don't have huge garages!!...read morehide

- Love the styling, size and price.
- Not many people know that Mitsubishi has been around for the last 90 years!
I traded my Nissan pick up for the Mitsubishi Raider to try another brand of truck. Been driving mostly Toyota's and recently the Nissan, but wanted to try another brand. I was surprised to learn that Mitrsubishi has been around for the last 90 years making cars and trucks. I've always thought Toyota and Nissan were the oldest ones, but I was wrong in my thinking. I am glad to switch over to Mitsubishi and they do make good and strong vehicles, as the way this truck feels and drives. You'll never know till you drive one!...read morehide
