PROS: the good things on this car is the highway driving and the engine shut off.

CONS: city driving is nothing like it was advertised. i get about mid 30's mpg

REVIEW: Overall this is a great car. Except for the high insurance on it it is the best car i ever had. this is the first Honda in the family and i am now a Honda customer for life. i only wish that their was a button to turn the engine off instead of hoping that it will shut off at a stop light.
PROS: Great mileage, nice interior, decent enough performance.

CONS: Kinda' noisy inside, semi-harsh ride over bumps. It's those hard compound tires.

REVIEW: Over 30,000 miles on my HCH since buying new in April. My mileage has been steady ~48mpg, until it really got cold out. It's below 20F out now, and I'm getting 45mpg. I commute 200 miles a day, so I reap the benefits of HALF my monthly gasoline bill!
REVIEW: Bought new Civic Hybrid, manual transmission, in late June (6 weeks ago). Having read some consumer reviews, such as here, I expected mileage to be somewhat less than advertised. Also, because in California they only sell the PZEV models. I still wanted this car though, because I liked its looks, ...

REVIEW: There are certain techniques to driving a hybrid.. If you\'re getting bad milage, you\'re probably inconsistant when driving on a flat road. To get the best MPG, keep the petal at the same level.
REVIEW: I really love my 2004 Civic Hybrid (auto transmission). I have been getting an average of 51 mpg; almost 53 on the last 250 mile trip. This is better than even the highest mpg advertised on the sticker! It\'s got enough pep, too.
