Average gas prices--November 12, 2012

Gas prices continue to drop in most areas compared to the week before. The national gasoline average is one cent above the price this time last year and about four cents below last week's price. Premium gas is $3.76, down four cents from last week. Diesel fuel is about one cent below this time last year.
