2005 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab
There are 5 user reviews for the LE 4X4 trim shown below
- Very quiet interior, amazing power, and just plainly a head turner
- Could use a little better gas milage but what truck can't?
I just bought a 2005 Crew Cab LE. I have wanted a Frontier for 5 years and finally boguth one. I test drove some fords and toyotas and the like and found that the Frontier was just plain better. Very powerful for a mid size, I was shocked how quiet the drive was even on the high way, and I can't complain about the features. For a 6'2'' guy I was impressed that I didnt have any problems with arm/leg room in the front. Has more room then it looks like from the outside. After adding on exterior modifications, brush guard, lights, cap, the truck is a real head turner now. Just what I wanted....read morehide

- Good Looks, fast, Good Ride, Good Handling, Excellent Value
- A little rough on fuel
This truck is nothing short of awesome. It is really fast, sleek and cool. A little rough on fuel, but I didn't buy it for fuel economy.

- Great V6 grunt, refined interior, off-road capability
- Small bed
This pick up has a nice interior. Biggest V6 evr which gives impressive power. However, has the smallest bed of it's class, and this is a pick up.

- Performance, great stereo.
- Wish the box was bigger, Interior is a little tight.
First truck in 20 yrs that isnt a F150. Wow! Only 5000kms so far but continues to impress. Towed a 3500lb boat trailer for the first time last week, no problems, effortless. Plays well in the mud also. Mileage continues to improve, very close to the book now. A rocket on the roads. I call it my 4 dr sports car with the big trunk. Has one of the better factory offered stereos Ive heard. I thought theroof rack was gaudy but it grows on you. This truck is a real headturner.
Complaints: Really wish the box was bigger, bed extender helps but not much. Interior is a little tight if your 6' or taller, pwr seats have less legroom than manual, pwr moonroof cuts 2" headroom( yeah, I know, boo hoo). Not happy with what new tires(17") with more agressive tread will cost me for the winter. Factory rubber great if on paved roads , but only so-so in the muck. Radar detector strongly recommended!
Had my heart set on another F150. Did not like what my fuel expenses were goin to be. GM and Dodge were no better. Tacoma, was not avail with leather, and Frontier had more standard features. Tundra Qcab would not fit in garage, Titan fun to drive but a fuel hog....read morehide

- Great ride compared to 2000 & 2001 models
Haved owned a 2000 Crew Cab SE and a 2001 Crew Cab XE. The 2005 LE is better built, much more powerful, and has a much smoother ride. 265 HP engine provides excellent power and manuerverability to the truck. A real head-turner.
