I traded my 2004 Silverado crew cab 4X4 for a 2009 frontier crew cab. I opted for the Nissan because I don't use the truck for working and did not feel I needed another full size with poor mpg. I looked closely at the Tacoma and frontier. I opted for the frontier for several reasons. It has better towing capacities, and I do tow a camper. It also had leather and moon roof options, both of which I wanted. The best thing about the frontier is the overall value. After 40000 miles, all that I have done is new tires and regular oil changes. This is a great truck, I do wish it got better MPG. I average about 18 mpg. I would recommended it. If I could change anything, I would put better front seats in it. I don't think that the drivers seat is as comfortable as it could be....read morehide
