Purchased As New
NOTE TO NISSAN: Lock Down The Removable Front Rubber Cup Holders. If you have a larger top cup than smaller bottom, the rubber cup insert will create a vacuum and pull the holder out with the cup without twisting it first. Very annoying, but small potatoes. It seems most people complain about the gas mileage, but if you install a K&N filtercharger, (a $45 permanant filter), you will increase the mileage to 18+ city/highway, 24+ highway. Not too shabby for a truck, but they could have placed a disconnect option for the roof rack, as those tend to make gas mileage suffer. Of course, you have to keep the accelerator off the floorboard, which isn't too hard to do. There is plenty of power available with the V6. The sprayed in bed liner is great along with the slider adjustment lockdown system. This is the first time I have purchased a new truck with all the options available and I love it. With the $2500 rebate, I got it for around $27,000. That's entry level pricing for a full size crew cab and I got a loaded one. I rated the performance a 4 star, not for the engine, but for the brakes, as the brakes tend to lag a little, but when you bear down on them, they really grab. The only things missing are a bed extender (available as a parts dept. option, but should be included) and an electric brake switch for the trailer brakes. All in all, you will be happy with this truck...
