Nice truck for the price. I got a manual since the 4cyl engine moves better when you do your own shifting. I use it as the family hauler so it does the job. Not for pulling or hauling anything big. i would not buy another. i bought it new. the transmission feels sloppy and at around 40mph i can feel it and hear it shifting.ITS AN AUTOMATIC. gas mileage is not what it should be. its a 6 cyl. if you read the stats on this vehicle and the chevy silverado they are just about the same and you get more vehicle for your money with the chevy...read morehide

After owning my 2012 Frontier for one week, I have come to the conclusion that I really like it. However, after driving it for one week I have also realized that the driver's side seat has absolutely no lumbar support. The passenger seat is designed differently, why I haven't a clue. I spend 45 minutes twice a day in my truck for my commute and when I get out, my back is sore. I will be emailing Nissan for a possible solution. I bought a 2010 Frountier new off the car hauler.It still had the shrink wrap that they use when shipping a vehicle.The dealer @ Mnt. View Nissan in Chattanooga Tenn. was very helpful & courtious!!

I have a Nissan Frontier with the 2.5L engine. It is a work truck so I put 70K on it already. So far the water pump and fan clutch went out. The head gasket blew. Nissan will not repair it because the powertrain warranty is 60K. One person told me I put to many miles on it too quickly. It is a work truck. That is why I bought it. The customer service has been horrible. Do yourself a favor.... if you like this truck buy the Suzuki Equator... it has a 100K warranty. So does the Ram and the Chevy. In short.... buy anything else....read morehide
