I have 8500 miles and have no problem's with the truck. I didn't realize there was problem's with the brakes, Nissan extended the warranty on the brakes. Get 16.8 mpg, not great, but for a truck of this size, it's ok. Any other full size truck was going to cost me thousands more to buy....read morehide

- good towing, i tow 2 horses or a bass boat
- space age dash
The truck runs great, 20k no problems at all. tows wonderfully. When you buy a 1/2 ton truck, you will not get good gas milage, I think some writers better settle for a hybrid 4 cylinder.
I also use the truck for construction and hauling. Very nice.

- This is definitely the best of the best Truck on the Market today.
- Front Door windows arent Tinted.
Wow, if only Nissan had put out this Truck years before I wouldnt have had to suffer through all the "Big 3" vehicles I have had in the last 20 years.
This Truck put all others to shame in reliability, appearance, power and durability.

- Big tires
Im very dissapointed in Nissan, they have a alot of strong cars, but the titan is a downfall. I bought this truck summer of 2005 and ive probobly spent over $800 fixing/repairing the truck. The breaks wear off easily and the comfort of the car seems like ur going off road.

- power. lots of room, standard features are great,4x4 package good
- refection in rear view mirror at night
This is the best truck out there for a standard 1/2 ton. Smokes the big three. Even if it wasnt thousands of dollars less it would be worth it. Also the truck feels like its for me, im 26 and i like the aux input for my ipod and locking diff for sand dunes and just the feel of it. I love toyotas there legendary and chevys are soild however i think this is the truck to beat right now. The cab ROOM is crazy, cant wait to pick up the boys and head to the hills. I just got it ,so i will post a review after some real test. I dont care what anyone tells you japan makes better autos and if they make a better full-size so be it......read morehide

- Towing, acceleration, ground clearance, handling and big door handles.
- Low payload, massive A-pillars, weak brakes, limited options.
Good: The 5.6L V8 is very responsive at any speed with or without trailer. 7,500 lbs of towing is good considering I do not have the big tow pkg (9,500 lbs not avail for XE models) Almost 12" of ground clearance (4x4) gives it advantage off road. Smooth steering and handling makes it fun to drive. The big door handles come in handy if wearing working gloves. Very roomy. Plenty of leg room. Good looks.
A real workhorse.
Bad: The payload was dissapointing (1,500 lbs) The massive A-pillars makes it hard to see at intersections and I have to look around them or pull in closer to see either way. The brakes are too mushy with too much travel. Very limited options, I can't have an XE w/Big tow pkg (at least here in Puerto Rico). The beds for both King/Crew cab are too short. The mirros on models without big tow pkg are too small to see around the trailer or boat. No telescoping steering column! It doesn't look as "manly" as a Dodge Ram, but i can live with that....read morehide

- Good Fuel Economy, true, It very well handled going up to eighty expecially going off road.
- stopping time wasnt too bad, but could be better.
I love Nissan cars and trucks, I like the Nissan Titan, and My mom and Dad own a Nissan Sentra, 1996. After Highschool I am going to join the Marines, after boot camp in August I am to ship out to Japan, there I am going to Buy me a Nissan Skyline RGT. Nissan is the best of the best.
