- Pretty good performance
- Brake problems, squeaks and rattles
Pretty nice truck--rode well, plenty of power, good visibility (except the a-pillar which is a little too large), spray-in bedliner was a neat option. HOWEVER, I had the brakes fixed 3 times by the dealer. Cabin rattle in the rear seat area (loose screw bouncing around). Squeak in the dash (dashboard pushes up against the instrument panel causing it to squeak). Cabin rattle--VIN plate on dash is broke and taps against the windshield. Radiator split open at 38K, lost all coolant (at 2a.m leaving me stranded until 6). Dealer could never get the steering wheel straight from the day I bought it new. Some body panels were off in color. Spray-in bedliner was turning a milky white color. I just sold it to CarMax. First and Last Nissan. Nice... but a crap pile. Disappointing....read morehide

- Very roomy, good looking truck, and very powerful
- No individual climat controls and seats stain very easily
I've had my truck for almost a year now and I would not trade it for any other truck (except newer model). I use to drive an '03 Silverado and needed to purchase another truck for my husband. We went looking around @ all the trucks and when I got to the Titan we all loved the truck. I have 3 kids and I needed a roomy vehicle. Titan was it. I had to have it. I looks great on the inside and outside and it has a lot of power. I pull our 5000 lb. boat and it doesn't even feel like it. Everyone that's seen my truck loves it and I've had friends purchase one after they've been in mine. Gas mileage isn't really that bad considering it's a V-8. Compared to the Silverado the Titan wastes less gas.The kids love the truck because they're not digging into each others ribs in the back seat. The standard features that I have on my truck are way better than most trucks I saw. This truck is worth what I paid for. Needless to say my husband had to keep the Silverado and I own the Titan. Nissan did a great job with this truck....read morehide

- Excellent Power, Great Handling, Luxurious Interior
- Would like factory-installed bedliner and reciever hitch
Nissan really did their homework when designing this truck. I owned Toyota's in the past and have been totally satisfied with them. I was planning to get into a 06 Tundra but the styling is boring and the power and size was not even close to the Titan. Reliability is extremely important to me. That is why I have owned Toyota's and it is why I have never purchased a Ford, Chevy, or Dodge. After my dad purchased an 04 Titan and owned it for 2 years, he told me it blew away any F-150, Silverado, or GMC he has ever owned. So I test drove and purchased an 06 SE Crew Cab and have been extremely pleased.
Nissan has built a superb truck and I would highly recommend the Titan to anyone who is looking for unbeatable value in a full size truck. The ride, handling, interior space, and power are awesome!...read morehide

- Tremendous Power, power back window, 6 disc cd player, bright headlights, big rims and tires.
- Gets between 14 and 16 mpg.
I've always baught American made vehicles and it makes me mad that to get my moneys' worth nowadays I have to buy a Japanese vehicle. I have not had a bit of trouble with the brakes, in fact they work great. Whatever problem Nissan was having with them must have been solved. This truck has awesome power and a smooth ride. It also has the quietest interior of any truck Iv'e driven. The factory stereo is great too. No need to get the Rockford Fosgate system. I looked at Ford, Chevy, and Dodge and none of them have as much room in the back seat as the Titan. This truck may have 40hp less than the Dodge Hemi but you would never know it. I have 6000mi on mine now and I can't think of one thing I don't like about it except for the fuel economy and it's not that it's bad, it's just not so good. Some might not like the exhaust noise. It is a little louder than most....read morehide
