- Interior room, power, handling, styling
- Fuel economy (duh), bench seat not the world's best, no power mirrors
I've only got 777 miles on my truck so I can't speak to long term, but i must say, I love it. We've had five large people in the cab for a long drive and no one felt squished. The back seat is HUGE. I *love* the power rear window. Handling wise, it's a winner - sure, it's not like the jeep I traded in, it's a full size truck, but it has an amazingly small turning radius for it's size, and handles like a much smaller truck. It's got power I've not even figured out a use for yet, and great brakes, stopping incredibly well for a big heavy beast of a truck. I think this is without question the best looking full-size on the market, AND it's reasonably priced, AND has nissan quality. Even the base model looks refined for a big truck, and the higher models just get better. The only thing I don't like is the seats; I have the base level bench seat, and while it's great for a bench, the lack of fine adjustments makes for a bit of a stiff back after longer drives. But for the price I paid, this is a quibble, and could be solved by going for higher package or an add-on of the better seats. My kids call my truck 'The Titanic', and they love it as much as I do....read morehide

- I discovered my Titan is E85 compatible.
- Exhaust may be too throaty for some, but I like it.
I have over 10,000 miles on my Titan and the only trouble I had is it getting hit by a heel storm and the alarm. To shut of the alarm, close the driver side door and physical unlock it with the key, this should kill the alarm, Also because I am a penny pincher I purchased my Titan with no keyless entry but later learn that Titan trucks that come with power locks are already equipped with keyless entry, you just have to purchase the remotes and have them programmed to your truck, very simple process. Oh and while were are on remotes if you hold down your unlock button your front roll windows will lower release hot air. Not all Titans are E85 compatible (E85= 85% Ethanol and 15% Petroleum), the easiest way to tell is to look on the inside of your gas cover door for a sticker. I think Nissan will be offering a conversion kit soon if your truck is not E85 compatible. In conclusion so far this has been a very reliable truck, good luck in with your decision....read morehide

- Wow Factor, Roomy, Powerful engine, comfortable ride
- XE model doesn't have exterior compartment
This truck is "ALL THAT and a bag of chips". People are constantly staring at it and giving me the thumbs up. The engine is very powerful and the acceleration is awesome. This truck has a very smooth ride and it can EASILY seat 6 grownups comfortably. I love it and you will, too.

- Great look, a lot of room inside, smooth ride
- freaky alarm
We just bought our 2006 Titan last week with 38 miles on it. We were told that this was just the basic model with no keyless entry and that the truck was not equipped with an alarm system. We were fine with that until we brought it home. I went outside to get something out of the glovebox so I unlocked the passenger side door. The alarm that we didn't have on the truck started going off! Horn blaring, lights flashing the whole nine yards. I figured stick the key in and start it up real quick and it will shut off. No luck. Then we figured out the only way to shut it off was to unlock the driver side door. So far Nissan has been no help. Their only solution is to disconnect the alarm and they are contacting manufacturing in Atlanta to make sure if they do that they won't screw up any of the other electrical parts or features. When I heard that I was like, I don't think so. Figure out why there is an alarm on the car and get me a remote for it. My answer has been that is just how it is and I have to deal with it. I am thinking about giving back my truck if they don't come up with a better solution. Anyone else having this issue? Other than that I love my truck and I would hate to get rid of it....read morehide

- GREAT fuel economy 15 in the city and 21 on hwy
After doing my homework for a new truck I narrowed it down to the Titan crew cab and Dodge 1500 quad cab. You get much more for your money with the Titan. When the Titan first debuted Nissan had to iron out some brake issues, but since then the problem has been resolved with the 06's and late 05 models. The Crew cab has unbelievable space in the back, which helped me consider this truck along with it being made in America unlike the Dodge USA/Mexico. The Titan's performance is unmatched and is now our primary family vehicle.........read morehide
