- Powerful, comfortable, excellent options
- Why mention MPG?
I just bought a 2008 Pro 4x. I was torn between the Titan and the F-150. To anyone with this same choice, take the Titan and you won't be disappointed. It is equally as spacious, comfortable and quiet inside, yet it seems more powerful. It is quicker off the line and comes just feels more "torquey". I love some of the refined features that I havent found as frequently on the Ford. (ie heated mirrors, heated rear power window, drivers side fender storage etc) Not saying these dont exist in a ford, just none that I shopped. All in all they are nearly equal, I just feel I got more for my money....read morehide

- Ground Clearance, Ride, acceleration, and cabin room
- Gas mileage could be better but if you drive her easy she'll average 15-16 MPG.
I love my new truck. I would highly reccomend the Nissan Titan to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. I too looked at all of the full size pickups out there and none of them drove like the titan or offered the reliability and features for the price. I know this is a truck I will be able to enjoy for many years to come....read morehide

- captains chairs, Rockford Fosgate Audio, handles great, bluetooth cellphone
- never owned a V8 truck, cant get used to the "truck" gas milage.
I drove the F-150, Dodge, Chevy and the old Tundra before i bought this truck. I looked at the new Tundra, and i just dont like the style inside or out as much as the Titan. This is my second truck. My first was a 2004 Ford Ranger 4.0L V-6 Tremor 4x4 that i used to tow a double jetski trailer or our 20' boat. Honestly it never did well towing so i traded in my 2006 A4 and the 2004 Ranger for a "real" truck that would both be comfortable with all my audi's extras and work like a truck. My pro 4X has every option on it. Bluetooth, DVD Navigation, Rear Seat DVD entertainment, Rockford Fosgate upgraded audio system with XM Sat Radio and Leather Captains Chairs. Ive owned it for about 3 months now and i have about 4500 miles on it. I dont miss the audi. i dont think ive made any sacrifice by getting the titan. the pro 4x comes with BF Goodrich Rugged Trail tires and rancho shocks. it does ride a little harder than the LE. Still rides FAR FAR better than my ranger did. I still think its much more comforable than either of the vehicles i traded in. The radio is great even though the subwoofer is placed under the drivers seat (i just turned the bass down -2) Took it for the first oil change WOW $40 dollars, i almost fell over (Audi is between 100 - 150) not one thing has gone wrong with the truck and its used for city and highway as well as towing. If you like to be the first out of a stoplight be prepared to get about 9-10 mpg in the city. If your a "highspeed" highway driver youll avg about 15.5 mpg at 80 on cruise control and push it any higher the mpg just drops quickly. I want to make it clear i have ALWAYS gotten the milage that is posted on the window sticker with EVERY vehicle ive owned. i truely drive like a granny in this truck to try to squeeze every mile per gallon possible and i just cant hit the numbers posted on the window sticker (people tell me that 16 is good for 70 mph on the highway with a truck) if your conservative youll get around11-12 mpg in the city and usually somewhere in the mid/high 15s to low 16s for highway. At least the gas mileage isnt a total waste. my 71 yr old father(who works with heavy duty machines/trucks till today) took it for a spin when i got it and came back with a huge smile on his face. hes a man of few words. he just kept grinning and said "its fast"...read morehide
