2008 Nissan Titan King Cab User Reviews

- Strong Engine
- Bad MPG, Bad Brakes, Bad Ride
I have owned the truck for about a month and am not happy with the brakes at all. They work when they want to but not well when they are wet. Also the gas millage is terrible. The drivers seat is a bit uncomfortable on long trips also so upgrade to leather. I would not recommend this truck as there are many better options out there....read morehide

- Tons of power and torque. Comfortable. Factory spray-on bedliner
- Gas milage. Towing is about 500 lbs less the competition.
If you are in the market for a full-size truck then I definitely recommend that test drive the Titan. I drove the 08 Tundra, F-150, Silverado and the Titan. All of the trucks have their pros and cons. I chose the Titan because of the decent factory incentives that Nissan was offering and also because the Titan is a solid truck. Some reviewers gave the Titan one star yet they drive older model Nissan's. The Titan was redesigned for 08 and Nissan addressed the problems that have plagued the older models (i.e braking problems, issues with the rear end etc). I've also not experienced any problems with the dealer where I bought the truck. Other reviewers complained about poor service at Nissan dealers. There are bad dealers no matter what the truck brand. All of the new 1/2 trucks on the market are good. The bottom line is that you need to test drive them all and find the one that you like and that suits your needs. I've yet to have a problem with my 08 Titan and I've very hard on trucks. I highly recommend the Titan. It...read morehide

- Power, looks, towing and rear door opening angles
- weird shaped headrests are uncomfortable, arm rests too low. Need models to compete with F250-450.
I am thoroughly pleased with the appearance and performance of my Titan SE KC. I would like to see future models with bigger towing capacity.
