- Pros
- Gas milage is pretty decent on the Hwy, Looks great, Girls love it.
- Cons
- Speaker system could be better, no twin turbo available yet.
After driving a '90 300zxTT for several years, this was my first NEW Z car and I was not disappointed. Handles better than the Z32 despite not having four wheel steering. I love the subtle nods it gives to all of its predecessors: the hood gives a heads up to the third generation Z, the triple instrument pods in the middle of the dash are reminiscent of the earliest Z cars, and the way the fenders flare out like the Z32 I had are just a few. The car looks all new, but stays true to its legacy. I LOVE THIS CAR!!!!! 306 horses right out of the box for 30 G's, and its NA, you just can't beat that....read morehide

- Pros
- This car is gorgeous, I get so many compliments! Great fuel economy too.
- Cons
- Some blind spots, the seat belt doesn't adjust, cheap interior.
I have been obsessing over the 350Z since I first laid eyes on one in 2003. FINALLY I have my own, a 2006 Enthusiast, in Interlagos Fire. This car makes me so happy, it's the first car I have ever owned that I will actually keep. It hugs the curves like no tomorrow, and getting on the freeway is a joy. It is not the most comfortable car, but GET OVER IT! Its a high performance vehicle, not a soccer mom car! For that, I have my Nissan Murano. If I could change one thing, it would be the seat belt. It's not adjustable where it attaches on the side, and it nearly chokes me. It cuts into my neck. Also, the seat..I'm used to it now, but you dont want to have a lot of, shall we say, "junk in the trunk!" The interior is NOT luxury, but who cares? This car is my baby, I don't even mind that I have to feed her with premium gas. She is worth it!...read morehide

- Pros
- good looks, acceleration, cornering, steering.
- Cons
- poor ride quality, silly exhaust note.
I like the way the auto transmission holds the gear for good acceleration. Flat cornering characteristics. Terrible suspension engineering. Embarrassing exhaust drone. Be wary of owners who characterize this car as "fast". That's a subjective term. I like my Z, but I don't consider it to be "fast"....read morehide

Well thanks for all the reviews gang. I am picking up my first 350Z on Thursday. I actually found a 2003 Enthisiast with 50K miles Manual Blue for 15K in near mint condition. I didnt find another in the midwest for less than 19K :)....I cant wait to take the Z and me for a ride :)
As for the one who said its a bad winter car, well DOHHH, this is a top notch sports car for the Summer!!...read morehide0 out of 5 people found this review helpful.

- Pros
- Great sports car for the money, performs well in corners and off the line, great styling
- Cons
- Quick tire wear, simple manufacturer's defects, maintenance
I have a 2004 convertible. Overall I have been pretty happy with the car and have come to terms with the higher maintenance of a sports car, especially if you are going to be driving it as your daily car. I have 52,000 km on the car and have had to replace the front tires twice. I am about to change them again soon. This is due to the setup of the car where the tires are slanted outwards in order to provide better handling and stability. It is a pain to change them so often, especially if you are used to driving a normal sedan or coupe, but it's worth it in order to ensure your safety and maximum performance of this car. Most sports cars have to change tires around this time period anyways (if you want to drive a sports car you need softer tires). Instead of buying a higher end tire like the bridgestones try buying a cheaper tire like a kumho or a dunlop which will still give you great grip. I had my convertible top replaced for free once under warranty in order to fix the separation occuring in the back corners where the two pieces join (the top should have been 1 piece to prevent this). It's off warranty now and it is starting to do the same thing. I will most likely try to find a cheaper solution like gluing them back together.
I continue to enjoy this car and get compliments on it every week....read morehide1 out of 5 people found this review helpful.

- Pros
- very comfortable seats, bright head lights, good cornering.
- Cons
- fuel economy!!!!!!
I was in the market for a good sports car. i test drove the mustang, RX8 and the 350Z. The 350 won in all aspects hands down. It looks soooo good, it always turn heads driving down the street. Not a day goes by that some one wants to race me on the streets. U cant help but floor it every time the light turns green. A little disappointed with its fuel economy, it could very well be the way i drive(rough). The fuel economy gauge said 12 mpg. So i started driving normally and it started to get better. Its a sports car, you cant expect an awesome fuel economy anyways. Other than that, this is a fun car to drive....read morehide

- Pros
- Affordable, Great Performance, Excellent Safety, Large wheels and tires
- Cons
- Allignment needed more often than usual
I have had the enthusiast coupe automatic for almost two years now. I have had no problems so far except that the tires wear faster than usual because of the set up of having smaller tires in front and larger in back but thats what makes the car look good so it's definitley worth it!

- Pros
- Fuel economy, power, looks, countless aftermarket options.
- Cons
- stock tires.
Jumping from a sedan to this Coupe was a major change. Yes, the visibility seems incredibly obstructed, but adjust your mirrors and drive it for 5 minutes... you will understand that there is NO impairment of your visual field. In the case of interior space, the description clearly states this is a 2 seater... give it the interior space of an H2 Hummer, and watch the style, performance, fuel economy, and everything else that's good evaporate.
On the subject of tires... the stock wheels are perfect to put on some winter tires for folks who live in snow areas. I drove all winter through as much as 8" with no problems. This car is made for some sexy shoes: a quality set of aftermarket wheels takes the Z from sexy to "sexxxay!!!"
If you are a sport/tuner enthusiast, there are many great aftermarket options that will make your Z perform even better for not too much money. Chose this over Mustang GT, S2000, and base Vette. Thank heavens I went with the Z....read morehide1 out of 7 people found this review helpful.

- Pros
- previously owned a 911 , this car handles just as good.fast, great styling, great exhaust sound!!!
- Cons
- standard radio is an insult to even call it a radio for such a great car!
needs major interior improvments. low value interior appointments and lousy storage limitations.head restraint adjustment too limited. must be able to adjust front to rear for short people(my wife) your head will be forced too forward caused by forward angle of the restraint so we removed it and installed it backwards to change or reverse angle....read morehide
