2008 Nissan Altima Coupe

- Fast, fast, fast and very comfortable inside.
- No power seat for pass. alittle noisy as speed increases plus engine noisy.
Trunk space is ample. My wife's wheelchair fits perfect. Its as good looking as a 350Z plus it has a back seat. I do notice that the engine noise is getting louder and the inside is a little noisy at higher speeds which is bothersome after owning a buick. Thank, Nissan

- I love gadgets! Great car, I really got my money worth.
- For me there is a bad blind spot on driver side, but its a coupe!
I really like this car. I went from a 06' Corolla to a 08' Altima, HUGE CHANGE! I can really feel the power in this thing and sometimes I get scared lol.
Overall great car and very nice features for a very nice price. I purchased mine at West Covina Nissan, VERY nice people. I paid the difference of 21k after trade in and a lil discount on the car.

- Great pickup, tight steering, unique look.
- Bumpy at slow speeds, hood, no power pass. seat.
Nissan kept the hood from the Altima sedan, but everything else is new. The view from the back is sleeker and cooler than the G37. No complaints on the acceleration like some other reviews, though my previous rides were 4-cyl. sedans. The "cockpit" is roomy and the optics are legit. The steering wheel is decked out with all the right gadgets. Dual climate control is solid and the heated seats are a nice touch.
I find blind spots to not be a problem. Pretty good mirror coverage. Others have commented on the lack of visibility out the rear and sides but the side mirrors provide excellent rearview coverage. Bose 9-speaker stereo delivers as it should. The steering and handling is as good as can be expected from a FWD. The brakes are awfully responsive. Great value as I bought mine for $27K fully loaded save for navi and rear camera, I believe.

- Sleak looking and a dash that lights up like the Vegas strip!!!
- The price of fuel makes it expensive to fill up!
This is my first Nissan product and I love my new Altima! Its one of the best investments I've made. The price of gas is outrageous, but my new vehicle softens the blow. Smooth ride, excellent head and leg room (front and rear), brightly lit dash. Overall an excellent machine!!

- Looks Great. Very sleek design
- Safety. Mechanical issues. Rough Shifting
I fell in love with this car at the dealership. It looked sleek and stylish and boasted 270 HP. I got the 3.5 6 speed manual, as I am a sports car kind of girl. Top end on the gears is great.
I averaged only 17MPG in the city and i don't drive rough in traffic. The gears stick occasionally when shifting, the HP is meaningless since the car is too light to take off quickly. As expected in a small sporty car, its difficult getting in and out of the backseat. I have been to the dealer many times to have mechanical issues fixed. windows, sunroof, and trunk lid malfuntioning and opening when they shouldn't be. Also, i was sideswiped in the car and the entire passenger side folded in, and the lady who hit me was traveling REALLY slowly. Thank god no one was in the backseat.
I wouldn't reccomend this as a car for teeneagers or people with small kids, as I don't think its built well. I upgraded to an Infiniti g-35 6 months after i bought the Altima coupe and couldn't be happier. I think once Nissan gets all the mechanical issues worked out, it will be a much nicer car....read morehide

- Sleek look, good fuel economy, push button ignition awesome!
- Back passengers complain about it being hard to get out.
I switched from an Infiniti I-30 to this sporty baby and I'm loving it! The 3.5 enigine is smooth and fast. I always catch myself going 80+ MPH on a stretch an highway and it feels like 60. My back passengers complain about getting out of the back being hard, but I didn't buy the car for passengers. I'm loving my new coupe!!...read morehide

- lots of bang for the buck-very sharp car ,feels solidly built, excellent stereo
Boy just picked up my azure blue 3.5 coupe. My 2 previous cars were a 2004 350z roadster and a 2006 1.8s sentra. Decided that I was going to economize with the sentra, but after 19 months decided it was jsut too boring to drive.
Got a few toys on the new car that I've never had before: xm radio, heated leather seats, blue tooth phone(though I don't have a cell phone).
The only think I don't like about the car is fact that when you sit in it you can't really see the fromnt or the back-so I guess I can't follow somebody on the highway too closely.
It gives me the same thrill of driving the 350Z, so i think since i only drive about 3000 miles a year I may have this car for a while....read morehide

- Great fuel economy, awesome performance, sleek design.
- No con's about this car yet.
I bought my Altima Coupe about 4 months ago and I have not been this satisfied with a car as I have been with this car. This car has a punch to it. If driven correctly, you can take a 3 series BWM or even a V6 Mustang. I honestly don't see how the new Accord Coupe can compare to this car. This car hands down is a better buy and overall a better vehicle....read morehide

- car has amazing speed and handling; and looks? The BMW and Z drivers stop me and trll ME that they l
- Front end seems not to be able to handle the power of the 3.5
I fell in love with this car. The lines of this car are reallybeautiful. I read all about that this car is not a true "sports car", but how many of us commute on a race track?!!! I have had many cars in my life, but for a person who loves a gorgeous car and a truly satisfying drive, this is the best of the bunch. Drivers of bmw's and the nissan z's stop me and ask about my 350coupe, so I know that this car has arrived!!!!
By the way, I got this car in its first incarnation, because, by the talk about this gem, next year there will be a big jump in price!!!...read morehide

- went for all the x-tras and well worth it. Smooth, quiet ride-switched from an Acura and glad I did
- Only disadvantage I've found in 5 month is the lack of lumbar support in passenger seet
Very sporty look for a good price. After my husband totaled my Acura I had a choice of any car my heart desired. I was not in any rush to get a car but after doing a lot of research-on internet and in person I kept coming back to this car. Contacted EVERY Nissan dealer in Fla. and all were selling 3-5K above list for "a limited availability fee". My boss loves working on salesmen to get the best offer possible and he go me 800 below sticker on the exact car I wanted: red, tan interior and all the upgrades. Put a deposit down that night and the car came in 2 days later. We've taken it on many rides from Deerfield Beach to Jacksonville and it's been smooth sailing all the way. LOVE IT!...read morehide
