Simply enjoy the cars ride, the power of the four cylinder, the Bose sound system, ease of controls, the seats are by far the best I have ever sat in and the leather and sunroof make the cars appearance to be far more expensive than it really is. Finally after researching comparable vehicles for better than 6 months such as Jetta TDI, Malibu, Accord, Sonata, other GM's, Toyotas and Mazda's. I kept coming back to the Altima coupe..
No regrets. You must however be ready to experience a totally different transmission characteristic when driving. You never experience any of the normal shifting woes of other manufacturers. It does have a low grade vibration between 1100 and 1500 rpm that are similar to a wheel with some ice attached to it causing a slight vibration that can be felt in your seat. Trust me this is a well known trait of the transmission, Read the reveiws, Totally normal. I purchased a brand new Murano S all wheel drive in 2009 and experienced the same.. Love the fuel mileage and the lack of cumbersome shifting like in the GM's 6 speed auto. I gave up 2 brand new Gm.'s because of there constant transmission woes. Nissans from here on end for me. I would definitely recommend this car to anyone.
