- Pros
- Awesome fuel economy for its large safe size!
- Cons
- Trunk space is small but understandable. Can only do EV up to 42MPH but that may be on all hybrids.
I get 35-36MPG on a 95% long highway commute without sacrificing speed. MPG, safety, comfort, and power of the car is just right for me. I am just so proud of owning it. My daily commute involves a 3000ft climb and this car does it easily.

went for functionality and a desire for a hybrid car, got it, plus some decent styling. Price-wise, a nice middle ground between a Prius and Camry Hybrid.

- Pros
- Excellent fuel economy for power and size of the vehicle.
- Cons
- Limited trunk space and tire noise
Arguably the best looking hybrid for the money. I am getting 38 miles per gallon on combined city and freeway driving. Nissan should do something abut their dealership. One of the worst experiences at Nissan of Mission Hills. The moment the car was sold the sales person darted off of the next deal. I am never going there back again.
Nissan $1500.00 rebate was good to offset the purchase price and an additional $2350 that should come my way from the fed. Afdd the fuel savings and first 8-9 months of payments are covered and you are diving anew car. There is very little or no difference in the price premium of hybrid when compared to the regular 2.5 Nissan Altima. So the fuel savings is additional bonus.
Nissan has done a good job integrating Toyota Hybrid and CVT technology on Nissan engine. Over all a good package. Plus save the planet. We all have to do our share to improve the carbon footprint....read morehide1 out of 1 people found this review helpful.

- Pros
- Good fuel economy, nice standard features on base model, quiet, good acceleration.
- Cons
- Truck space
While more expensive than gasoline model base model well equipped and responsive acceleration. This model bridged my reservations on hybrids enough for me to purchase one. Gas mileage above expectations. Does not qualify for Clean pass. Rebate currently $2350 before AMT consideration.

- Pros
- Comfort, ride, roominess
- Cons
- extra $3,000 for new technology
I have this car for 6 months now with just over 10K miles on it. In general I am satisfied with the car but I expected better fuel economy. Without A/C I am getting 34 mpg in the city, but to achieve it I have to drive like an old lady with radio volume on high because that honking in the back of my car may be quite annoying. In normal driving with A/C on expect to get 24 - 26 mpg. Amazingly, in contrary to what sticker says, highway fuel economy is better than in the city and exceeds manufacturers data. I was getting over 36 mpg in pure highway driving. In my opinion with gas prices below $4.00 hybrid is not worthy the added expense, and you loose some trunk space. I would be better off with diesel engine. Otherwise the car is nice. Buy it, if you want to help environment....read morehide

- Pros
- Wonderful Power, Excellent fuel economy, quite on highway, comfort seat
- Cons
- Rough at slow rpm when the gas engine kicks in
Powerful 4 cylinder car without a typical 4 cylinder automatic feeling. (I bought either manual 4 cylinder or automatic 6 cylinder.) The hybrid system makes more powerful than an ordinary 4 cyl automatic car with about 50% better gas mileage based on my comparison of two identical Altimas except hybrid and non-bybrid.
The chassis is surprisingly good, -- definitely European -- firmly planted and turning flat.
Again, the gas mileage is amazing! So far, I was able to manage to make 42+MPG (60% HWY, 40% local)....read morehide1 out of 1 people found this review helpful.

- Pros
- Great fuel economy if you drive it correctly. Smooth handling and great looking too.
- Cons
- No cons.
Got mine from CA. since they don't sell them here in AZ. Traded in a 2003 Mercedes that gave me major problems after 40,000 miles. Power Nissan in Tempe is the best! Great service dept. and I got the car for $500 below invoice plus a $1,500 rebate. Loving this car!

- Pros
- Beautiful Car, Love the Tech package & enviornment.
- Cons
- HORRIBLE corperate network support, Road Noise
I ordered my car in Feb. from my local Nissan dealer. Waited, & Waited. Found my car at a Nissan dealer 300 mi. from me in Apr. There is NO INTER TRANSFERING FROM 1 DEALER TO ANOTHER!!!!! Finally in July, I purchaced my car from that dealer, Who had several metalic jade hybirds cars for sale. It left a very bitter taste & that was my 1st & LAST Nissan I will buy.
Had the car 2 months now & did my 1st oil change. The interior is great. Plenty of room in the cabin. Not the trunk (understandabily). Handles great. A little weak in acceleration with a 4 cylnder, especially uphill. Combined MPG. is 34. When on the HWY you hear the tires on the road a little too loud. More sound deading material in the car would help....read morehide0 out of 0 people found this review helpful.

- Pros
- Great design, love the economy
- Cons
- Poor dealer support, interior fit, noise.
Bad choice to buy from Woodland Hills. Loved the car so I bought it and after a week had to bring it back for repair. will never bring it back for service to the dealer that sold it, INCOMPETENT to say the list, maybe someone will fix all the ratles and noises inside the car eventually. That would make the car more attractive....read morehide
