- Visibility no so great/Premium fuel

I love my 2013 Nissan Juke and it gets pretty good gas mileage, although it uses premium. It's a fun car to drive & has a lot of get up and go. The visibility isn't all that great & I have to be careful when backing out of spots. I love the looks I get when people see me. There aren't a lot of Jukes on the road, especiall in the small town that I live in, so I like the fact that it doesn't look like every other car out there....read morehide

- Pros
- Good fuel economy very comfortable ride
- Cons
- Blind spots in front.
Purchased As New
Overall I love my car and have people comment and ask about it all the time. They are very surprised it will hold 5 people very comfortably. I WOULD like it better if the Eco fuel setting was the setting that comes up when you start the car. Sometimes I forget to change from normal to Eco. Normal does use more gas!
Other than the fuel setting issue and blind spots in the front there is nothing I would change. It's a very fun car to drive!...read morehide0 out of 0 people found this review helpful.

- Pros
- plenty of power on the highway
- Cons
- back a little snug

this car makes driving fun again. It handles well, and has plenty of power on the highway. I have had the juke over 100mph passing other vehicles on the highway, and the car still gets nearly 30mpg.

- Pros
- Unbelievably fun to drive! Awesome looks.
- Cons
- Needs center armrest, which currently is only available in Europe
Purchased As New
Owned this car for 9 months. Gas mileage depends on how much fun you want to have. I have gotten 29mph on the highway at 65-70 mph in normal drive mode. Eco mode is good at 55-60 mph but once you get over that the mileage is the same as Normal mode. I always have it in front wheel drive but it's nice to switch to two modes of all wheel drive when needed. I have taken it on several long trips the suspension is a little hard but that's what gives it it great handling. This is not a family car but is great for a couple, young or older that likes a great handling car to drive....read morehide

From the moment I read about this car in "Motor Trend" magazine in 2010 & saw the price tag considering its very high performance rating, I knew I had to check out this car! I will be letting go of my Chrysler Crossfire in exchange for this vehicle. So speed & performance are muy importante to this gal! The test drive was good, but the local dealership did not have a car with all the options on my wish list. I am hoping that these cars will be more plentiful on the car lots by the time I'm ready to buy in 2013. After reading the reviews here, I'm also hoping Nissan will have addressed the arm rest "issue" that so many of the reviewers commented on!...read morehide

- Pros
- appearance, zip and pep, control
- Cons
- small gas tank.
Purchased As New
I have owned the Juke for 3 months now. I love the ride and the handliing and just about everthing else. Prior to buying the car, I had read all of the reviews that I could possibly find. so I went into ownership knowing that there were some obstables. As for the storage in the cargo area, I found a way to fit my golf bag going across iinstead of putting the seat down ( just remove the driver and woods and put them on the floor of the cargo area and walla). I drive mainly on the highway so my gas mileage has been pretty good. There is a small gas tank so I am at the gas station every 5 days filling up.
I have found that my friends either love it or hate it. My father really likes the looks and my mom (both of them are elderly) thinks that it is very comfortable. It handles surprisingly well and I am very impressed with how it drives on the highway.
It is a bit noisey, but I have the wind deflector on the moon roof, so I think that has to do with some of the noise.
As for the bluetooth, it does recognize my voice fairly well, but you do need to remember how you put the names in your contact list. I usually just call out the phone number and save a lot of time.
I like the ability to pick and choose the type of driving mode and either 2-wheel, CVT drive or AWD. I usually keep it in CVT mode
Overall, I am happy with the purchase and will enjoy the car until it hits, 100,000 miles....read morehide1 out of 1 people found this review helpful.

- Pros
- Fun, zippy, fast. Excellent turn radius, SL has great sound system and nice leather seats.
- Cons
- Not enough storage, fuel economy is dismal, cargo area tiny.
Purchased As New
I like to think of the Juke SL as a $28,000 dune buggy. It's a great ride, with stiff yet comfortable suspension. If you want a comfy cushy ride, go elsewhere. Yeah, the cabin is a bit noisy but people who buy this car usually have the music blaring anyway (myself included). I had a blast driving it -- the best part was passing on the freeway because its acceleration at 60mph is awesome. The main problem I have with the car is that it's a lot of money to pay for so little storage. The only covered storage in the cabin is an oversized glove box that opens so that everything falls out. It's also too far from the driver to reach all the way inside. An armrest with storage would be nice for the $28K price or even a tucked-away USB port so that your iPod isn't stolen? Cargo area is tiny and doesn't even come with a cover ($250 IF your dealer knows about it.) Does anyone at Nissan live in a big city with lurking car thieves? The digital dashboard data is so small it's difficult to read -- why does an automatic transmission need such a large tachometer? (Admittedly a problem with other cars, too.) Make it smaller so the other data can be read easily while driving. The radio and climate control knobs look cheap. All these issues wouldn't be a big deal but it's not an inexpensive car. If its looks were a bit more attractive, the back seats were bigger, and it actually achieved its stated mpg, the other quibbles would be less important. All together though, I can't recommend it....read morehide

- Pros
- Great value, Sporty look, Fun to drive
- Cons
- Bluetooth awful; Need front arm rest; Lose Control-Hitting Bumps; Seat Belts need Extenders
Purchased As New
I have had so many problems with the Bluetooth that I had to disconnect it. The people couldn't hear me but I could hear them. They said it sounded like I was echoing and when leaving voicemails family said they could not understand a thing I said. I have hit some ditches in the road and must hold on tight not to lose control of the vehicle. Sometimes it actually scares me! The arm rest would be nice in the front. I sometimes have 3 car seats in the back of my Juke and the seatbelt goes down inbetween the seats. I have to have my granddaughters put there little fingers down to pull the end out so I can buckle them. I ended up going on line and buying 3 seat belt extenders which are quite pricey....read morehide
