- Sporty Looks, peppy engine, tight ride, sweet interior
- Gas mileage and not as fast as I would have wanted considering its almost 300 horsepower.
Purchased As New
Just got this car a week ago and love it. The SV trim is sporty and the interior is really refined. The premium leather is comfortable and the heated/cooled drivers seat is a huge plus. As for performance the drive modes are very cool and fun however for a ~300 HP vehicle, I would have expected a little more punch in the torque dept. but overall its a really fun car to drive. The Drive Sport mode and the paddle shifters are a sporty addition and I like the fact that in manual mode you can grind out the gears to your liking. A bonus was the sound coming out of the pipes. For a Maxima, this is the first time (this is my 3rd gen) I actually noticed that there was a growl coming out of the back pipes and it can be felt/heard in the cabin to some extent. As for the ride, this is by far the tightest ride in a maxima that Ive experienced. I happen to really like it however some might feel its too tight. The body design and the 19 inch alloy wheels are an amazing look. Coming from the last gen Max where it had a much more luxury feel and ride, I am very happy to see the return of sporty looks, feel, ride and overall fun.
