- No second row captain chairs cost Nissan the deal
Probably best SUV on the market but the bright minds at Nissan forgot a relatively simple solution consumer want, easy kid access to third raw. Adults seldom occupy the "kid raw" as I call it and unless you want your kids to wait out in the heat or cold and watch you wrestle with the second raw seat, it makes so much more sense to just open the door and let the youngsters in first. This way they don't wander off onto the parking lot and risk getting by another car while you back is turned on them and you're playing around with the second raw seat. The youngsters easily slip in betweent he captain chairs and lock themselves in the booster chairs. What a great feature that cost any car maker probably nothing but helps sell cars, especially for people with kids who, like my wife, refuse to buy a mini van. After all not every wife wants to be labled a socker mom. At the end of the day, we went with the new Acadia. Good luck shoping for your perfect ride, hope this review helped a bit.
