I traded in my Ford Range XLT 4x4 on this crossover and I am very happy I did. It gets much better gas mileage than the Ford, much more comfortable to drive, and has much more style than a pick-up. The rear camera is a plus for backing up, and the sound system really rocks! I would highly recommend this car to anyone!...read morehide

Previously owned a 2010 Rogue (360 package) and traded in for a 2012 SV AWD. I absolutely love this car. Very attractive/design for the 2012 model.
Decent gas mileage (24 mpg for city/highway). Not 27 as advertised...
Slightly sluggish on acceleration. Love the back up camera. Love the new face of the entertainment system. Speakers could be better just because I tend to listen to music all the time. Wish BOSE speakers was an option for the SV instead of upgrading to a leather Rogue.
Overall great value for the money. Better than a CRV or Rav4!!!...read morehide0 out of 0 people found this review helpful.

- Pros
- great fuel economy
Purchased As New
For a new vehicle under 21K, with the cash back you cannot go wrong. I bought it for the wife but at 6"3" I would have no problem driving it daily. Nissan offers a phenomal warranty and a loyal customer incentitive for trading the vehicle in.

I traded my Mazda CX7 2011 for a Nissan Rogue 2012, lost money in the trade but it's a great car, it drives so well, the stability is amazing.

- No trim specified for this review
- Pros
- Great in the snow
- Cons
- backseat and limited cargo space
Purchased As New
This is great in the snow. It's better than my CR-V or my Equinox that I previously owned. However, the cargo space really is quite small. I assume that's due to it's awkward shape.
The backseat is as boring as it can get. No middle armrest/cupholders, no recline, no sliding forward or back, and the head rests are stationary.
I love the storage in the middle of the front seats. The glove compartment is huge as well. I have all the room I need for storage of cds and personal items.
I bought the S model so I don't have the rear camera which is basically a must in this vehicle. The rear visibility is very obstructed by the rear head rests as well as the design of the car.
I love the charger for my iPhone that allows me to play music as well. If someone is calling it automatically lowers and pauses the music so you can hear the phone ring.
It handles well for an SUV. Brakes well also.
I'm not sure how people are getting such good gas mileage. I drive very conservatively and I haven't gotten better than 22-23 mpg per tank of gas. I drive highway and in town. I drive 50-60 on the highway. Maybe people are just reading what the tach says and not averaging out the entire tank of gas? I don't know.
I would buy this again but the next model up....read morehide1 out of 1 people found this review helpful.

- Pros
- Extremely fun and comfortable ride. Awesome cornering with the stability package.
- Cons
- windows tend to fog.

Really a great ride. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone. I had a Murano which was excellent, but the Rogue gets better mileage and is more fun to drive.

- Pros
- Fuel Economy, Ride, Quiet, Sound System
- Cons
- Limited Cargo Space
Purchased As New
I bought a 2012 S - Special Edition model. I have been pleased so far with the ride, fuel economy, amenities and sound system. The vehicle is great for small family or single person. The cargo space is limited with the back seats in the up-right position. However if you fold them down, then there is plenty of space to carry larger items. The quality is nicer than most in its class. After shopping around, I chose to go with Nissan, because the 2011 model had such good reviews. I am only 27 and it was a tough decision between the Juke & Rogue. I chose the Rogue because it does not require premium gas and had a little more cabin space....read morehide

The Nissan Rogue has great stability on quick, hard stops. The side airbags are a nice safety feature. This is a great family vehicle.

- Pros
- Really good fuel economy for an SUV
- Cons
- Engine revs a bit to loud until you get to the speed you want
Purchased As New
Overall not a bad 4 cylinder SUV. It seems to have plenty of power and plenty of room inside. It's not the prettiest thing in the world unless you go for the more upgraded one. My wife and I actually went with the base model which was more in our price range. As of now we are getting anywhere between 30 - 33 mpg on the hwy, which all depends on the way you drive. In the city I am averaging between 25 - 27 mpg. Engine should last a long time if proper maintenance is done; it's a Nissan!...read morehide
