1997 Nissan Sentra User Reviews
- $1,430 - $1,946
- Fuel Economy, Ride, Easier to maneuver in tough parking places
- Lack of Power, Oil leaks, Looks, Build Quality, poor quality speakers, no cd player
Purchased As Used
This Sentra is a brilliant first car for anyone who is first learning how to drive. It is very easy to drive. The car is very comfortable, reliable (engine-wise), and fuel efficient.
The only issue is that this car was not build properly, it will develop oil leaks from pan gasket and seals but this is common for this car.
The car has a good ride quality, comfortable seats but not the best in terms of handling. I have to be honest that this is not a good looking car, just decent.
The car really lacks power, at low revvs there is lots of torques but you have to revv the engine around 4K to get decent acceleration.
Another issue is the lack of features, it doesn't have CD Player, sunroof or Alloy wheels as standard for GXE model, you have to upgrade. And lets not forget the weak speakers Nissan installed.
Although this is a point A to B car but some will get upset with their purchase; I didn't I loved it. Great little car!...read morehide
