- Pros
- Very good fuel economy..looks good..feels good
- Cons
- Have to get use to CVT...but ok...
Purchased As New
Purchased it new w 13mi now has 1045mi and so far I have not had any problems. I mentioned a con of CVT but not because there are problems. This is the first vehical I've own with CVT and you have to get use to it..which I have. Excellent highway handling..Gas milage is about 34 City/39 highway which met expectations. I love the interior amenities and outside styling. I hear some people state poor acceleration/handling. I experienced same thing when test drove New Fusion, Corolla, Cruze, Sonata. Its not a sports car and was not design to be..Acceleration/handling is ok for its class..If you want a sports car do not buy a compact. So do not expect it to drive like one.....read morehide

- Pros
- Good Fuel economy, better looks than a corolla, new tech
- Cons
- Bad Ride, Slow acceleration, spotty reliability

I work for the largest car rental company in the world and we have started getting these guys in for the last 4 months and boy they have been problems. Most have mechanical problems or just something is screwed up. I had one come in the other day where the driver got smacked in the head on the high way as complete dome light assembly came down on his head. Then when he came back we noticed all the outside plastic pieces where coming off the car as well. This is a DO NOT BUY in my opinion. It will not last you and will fall apart. Buy a Jetta, Cruze, Dart or Mazda 3....read morehide

My daughter loves this car. It is really sharp looking. She is getting 31 miles a gallon in town. She has not driven on the highway enough to get any idea of hwy miles.

- Great mileage , and Great looking Car!
- Cons
- performance

Love this car just got it a few days ago and love to drive it so much . It is a very nice looking vehicle prob. best in class and looks like a mid size too. The trunk is huge no problem with that back seat is very large and has a console in middle. Can't believe how spacious this car is traded in a Kia Optima and it seems about same size . Not to sure how good the mileage will be but am sure it will 34 -35 average and more on road trips . I did not get the upgrade stereo but am quite happy with the sound and quality of the base stereo. Car has 3 driving modes Eco , Sport , and regular I usually have the eco mode on and it seems fine to me ! Car rides smooth and no blind spots comfy seats and quiet ride . If your not looking for a hot rod , and want good gas mileage and a flashy car to boot buy this one!...read morehide

- Pros
- awesome design & looks, spacious, great mpg, sweet handling, price
- Cons
- less center console space than the 2010 Sentra I owned
Purchased As New
This is the sharpest looking car in it's class and everyone who's driven or been in it says it's awesome, as do I. Highway fuel economy in normal conditions will get well over 40 mpg and my average now is just over 33 - in the cold, better than my friends Camry Hybrid. The new design is way nicer than the 2010 Sentra I owned. I went with the SV and Drivers Package because I liked the I-Key, bluetooth, XM radio and did not want alloy wheels because I tend to scrape them up. The back seats are comfy and have great room, plus the trunk is also bigger and overall, I think I drive the nicest car in it's segment, so check it out if you're looking for a sweet ride....read morehide

- Pros
- 30 mpg (on ECO); roomy; elegant, conservative styling
- Cons
- Bluetooth, XM, rearview camera, navigation require two separate packages
Purchased As New
I have driven the car for only 625 miles; therefore, I cannot say how well this vehicle will bear up over time.
My first impression is most favorable: the interior is comfortable, offering surprisingly good lumbar support (I had a fusion performed to a lower disk) and adequate head and leg room. If it were three inches wider, I would compare it to a 2013 Altima inside. Indeed, it is almost a slightly downsized Altima--but with much less power and acceleration. It is also rougher on all but the smoothest pavement.
When I consistently press the ECO button after starting the car, my mpg in the city is 30 mpg (average 30.3 so far). This is about one gallon a mile more that you might expect in standard mode.
I have not tried the SPORT mode yet.
Pick-up is what one expects in a car with about 130 hp.
If you are willing to hold out, you can probably buy the SV with the drivers package and the navigation package, plus interior accent lighting, for $19,700 before taxes and insurance.
Before committing to this make and model, be sure to check out a comparably-equipped Focus, Cruze, Elantra, and Corolla. Factory incentives may affect significantly the amount you pay for what you get.
Whatever you choose, get the rearview camera. Backing up is safer and much less stressful when you can see behind you at rear-bumber level.
Corolla's etune and Ford's SYNC are sophisticated; if such accessories appeal to you, get to know them well before buying....read morehide2 out of 2 people found this review helpful.

- Appearance / Fuel Economy
- Cons
- had some maintence hiccups w/in 24hrs of purchase

Overall this car is great. Had to knock a star off performance & reliabilty due to the hiccups it had, but the dealership got me taken care of. I had a 2011 Sentra, base model no perks and this car has a lot of perks.

- Pros
- excellant fit/finish, gas mileage 37.6 mpg, quiet, peppy little luxury car
- Cons
- no ctr arm rest/ Why do the factory body side moldings mount on the bottom of the doors
Purchased As New
The vehicle looks larger that previous models, has more head room than some larger cars. the material used appears of top quality along with fit & finish interior & exterior. The exterior design is exceptionally distinctive and in good taste. It does not resemble a squashed M&M like some of its competitors do. The ride is quiet & nimble with a neat tight turning radius....read morehide

We have had this car only a few days, and I have to say Nissan did there homework on this car, not the small unit of old, a total re design that is great, I still find myself saying I cant believe this is a Sentra, you have to look at this car if your in the market.
