EXCELLENT !!!!!.ALL AROUND' FROM THE COST TO PERFORMANCE, TO LOOKS, I JUST HOPE THE FOLKS AT SCION, WILL ADD THAT FIFTH GEAR, AND KICK EVEN MORE BOOTY!!!!

I bought this car for around the town driving, so far I`m pleased with it. Would be alot better with a five speed trans. Has enough power for on ramp traffic , very easy to drive.

This is my 2nd XB , my first was an 09. I really like this car,I get 28mpg mixed use driving, pretty quick. Fit and finish very good,blue tooth excellent.
Would of kept the 09 longer, but high trade in value,made it too hard to pass up.I am in sales and do over 28k per yr..Perfect for work

I came from a camry wanting more space since I have a new baby. Space is awsome but the fuel makes it not worth it. Tank is tiny at 14 mph especially coming from 18.5 with camry. I have only averaged 21.9 mph.I only work 7 minutes from my house.Wish keyless remote controlled back door. It would make it easier loading stroller and bags etc.Also my XB came with spoiler and fog lights but no steel rims.Rims deserve to come with fog lights and spoiler features, they just all should be in a package.If fuel is key for you DON'T GET THIS CAR.........read morehide

I have a ten year car old and went to Toyota dealership to check Scion Xb. Love everything about this car. The room is amazing and the cargo area for such a small car is fine. But, I will not buy a car that doesn't get over 30MPG. With gas prices going up, I'm surprise Toyota does not address this issue. I would prefer good mpg over performance. I LOVE my car. Friend loved it too an bought on. People ask about it all the time. Very reliable which is important after last car which spent time in shop. Am single and need to get to work. Can take all 3 pets in carriers to vet at same time, haul stuff, move stuff, buy stuff and not worry about room. Overall I love this car. One the funnest cars to drive. Amazing extra room and versitile with functions for passengers vs cargo. Drove from FL to NY and back with ease. Easiest long distance trip on record. Smooth.

I bought this car new and was very pleased with the performance and handling. For a small car it has a lot of room inside and it is easy to get in and out of with the large oversize doors that offer ease of access. I am very pleased with the wide stance and the rear seat leg room.The rear hatch door opens upward making it easy to throw groceries into the cargo area.
The interior fit and finish is very good and I am pleased with the ride and handling around town.
I think Scion did a very good job of balancing a smooth ride and excellent handling. It's a blast to drive around town but when you get the car on the highway the engine drones at 70 mph running 3000 rpm making the car a lot louder than it should be and making the Scion unpleasant to drive on the highway.
Fuel economy is not with you would expect for a 2.4 liter four cylinder car with a five speed. I drive the car very conservatively and only get about 22 mpg and my fuel mileage has been under 20 mpg on occasion.
This is a very nice car if you spend all your time in the city. The Scion is very powerful and zippy. It's Small size makes it a breeze to handle in city traffic and even easier to park. Over all I enjoy the car but I wish Scion had a sixth gear in the car for use on the highway.
If your looking for great fuel economy you better look at a Ford Focus or Chevrolet Cruz because your not going to get it with a Scion.
If you need a lot of room in a small car that will seat four adults comfortably this car is for you....read morehide
